The front desk staff Chuanchuan was quick when handling the procedures, and all the processes were completed in two or three minutes. They introduced the hotel's facilities location, breakfast time, and even recommended the surrounding specialty restaurants and niche attractions. Even the route to avoid blocking was informed, and the professionalism was full. During my stay, I temporarily needed additional towels. After telling the front desk by phone, the service staff sent to the room in less than 2 minutes. I also carefully asked if I needed other help. I smiled and didn't be perfunctory. One night I found that there was a problem with the air conditioning speed adjustment. After contacting customer service, the maintenance master arrived within ten minutes. Not only did he quickly solve the problem, but also patiently explained the use skills. Before leaving, he took away the garbage I put at the door.
