"Location & Facilities: This guesthouse is located in an old residential area, tucked away in an alley which made it a little hard to find. During the day, there's quite a bit of foot traffic from local residents, and driving into the alley can be tricky. However, you can park at the alley entrance and walk for about two to three minutes to reach the guesthouse, so it's still quite convenient. The main gate has an electronic lock, and you can only open it with your room card after dark, which made us feel very secure. Free parking nearby is a bit 'wild west' – basically just parking along the side of the alley. If you're worried about scratches or inconvenience, there are also paid parking lots nearby; 5 yuan for overnight parking is a reasonable price, I think. Being in the old city, the guesthouse is very close to attractions like Luoyi Ancient City and other bustling areas. Grabbing a shared e-scooter, you can reach all sorts of delicious food within about ten minutes, making it super convenient for eating and exploring. Service: The owner, a very enthusiastic gentleman, called us right after we booked to confirm if we needed a parking space. After checking in, he recommended many local eateries. We basically followed his recommendations for most of our two or three days in Luoyang, and everything was authentic and affordable! I have to say, the owner’s recommendations as a local were truly authentic; he had our breakfast, lunch, and dinner plans perfectly sorted. Since we rented a car, we'd tell him roughly when we'd return to the guesthouse, and he'd help confirm a parking spot in advance, so we could park directly near the guesthouse upon arrival. He always has a cheerful smile, and when we bumped into him heading out, he'd actively ask how our day was going and how we liked the restaurants he recommended. Overall, he made us feel right at home, very comfortable! Hygienics: The entire guesthouse was impeccably maintained by the owner. Our room was clean and tidy, making for a very comfortable stay. The bathroom had no unpleasant smells, and the hot water for showers was great and convenient, with no drainage issues. They also provided disposable bath towels and face towels, which was a nice touch. The mattress was incredibly comfortable; combined with all the delicious food in Luoyang, we pretty much crashed as soon as we got back to the guesthouse and slept like logs, haha. No wonder previous reviews mentioned feeling like they were staying in a five-star hotel. Overall, the stay was an excellent experience! I highly recommend this guesthouse to everyone! It's been three or four days since we returned from Luoyang, and I just remembered I had to leave a big positive review for the owner! The value of a retrospective review speaks for itself. Please support the owner's business! Staying in such a comfortable guesthouse made our trip to Luoyang even more enjoyable! "Locarion is nearby to Luoyi Ancient Town. The room service was superb. The hostess upgrades us to bigger room when there's availability. All other staff will help us in making the stay comfortable, including helping us move our luggages to the other rooms when needed. The hostess recommended us places to eat and helped to call to confirm our Empress Wu feast seats. Absolutely a delight to stay there."

"The front desk lady was super enthusiastic, answering all my questions about tourist routes and local food. The staff were also very kind; due to my itinerary, I booked separate stays at the hotel. Two days after checking out, I came back to store my luggage, and they happily helped me. The hotel offers great value for money, with affordable prices and a quiet atmosphere. It's so much better than the second hotel I stayed at, and even cheaper! The hotel I originally planned to stay at for my trip turned out to be a total disappointment."

"The facilities are very complete. There is central air conditioning, hot water, and everything. The room is very large. Parking is very convenient. There is a parking lot opposite. "The whole house smart homestay I stayed in this time was simply great! As soon as you enter the room, the smart door lock is easily opened, the lights in the room automatically turn on softly, and the curtains are slowly opened, instantly filling the room with a sense of technology and warmth. You can control home appliances with your voice. Just say ”turn off the lights” while lying on the bed, and darkness will fall gently. Bathroom facilities such as smart toilets and constant-temperature showers ensure comfort to the end. The room design is stylish and simple, with all facilities available. The landlord is warm and thoughtful, and communication is smooth. Here, you can enjoy technological conveniences and considerate services, and your fatigue will dissipate. I sincerely recommend it!"

"Great location, right on the crossroads, so it's super convenient for shopping. It's also very close to Luoyi Old Town, within walking distance. The front desk service was excellent; they even recommended some fun places to visit."

"The location of this hotel is strategically located in the middle of the night walking street, which is between of Lijingmen metro station and the famous ancient city. Everything is in a walkable distance. There is also a snack street nearby to have yummy food at night. Many places of interest. The bus stop near the Dazhang plaza has a direct bus to Guan Lin temple and easy to reach White horse temple. You can also go to Luoyang Longmen grotto cave easily. The boss of the hotel is a kind and warm person. He is responsive on wechat to help answering any questions I have. He helped to carry luggage to the 3rd floor as there is no lift. There is a free washing machine, and self-service disposal items such as water, toilet paper, toothbrush to take for daily consumption. The boss kindly helped me book tickets for Luoyang museum, so we could learn more about the elegant history of this city and the great China empire. My trip to Luoyang won’t be completed and fulfilled with fun and joy like this without the warm hospitality of the boss of this hotel. Thanks him and I wish he has a successful business. 😊"

"This trip to Luoyang, choose the right homestay happiness directly doubled! The hotel is very close to the Luoyang Museum and can be reached directly on foot. The room was very clean, the space was spacious, and the children were not crowded at all. There is a small courtyard, and the atmosphere is full when the lights are turned on at night. The housekeeper was very caring, called in advance to ask about the arrival time, turned on the room air conditioner in advance, and reserved parking spaces. Luoyang is really hot, it is so cool as soon as you arrive at the hotel. Originally, there was no breakfast on the reservation, but I was pleasantly surprised to provide breakfast and deliver meals to my door. The meal was also very satisfactory, exquisite and delicious. The surrounding environment of the hotel is quiet at night and the rest quality is very good. There is a barbecue near the hotel that is cheap and delicious. The roasted leeks are particularly tender and the spicy hot is also delicious. This time I came to Luoyang in a hurry. Many attractions didn't have time to go. "The large windows provided excellent natural light. The single room offered great value for a solo traveler. A bus stop is conveniently located right outside the hotel entrance. The room was spotlessly clean, and both the air conditioning and hot water worked perfectly. On a hot checkout day, they even thoughtfully provided a complimentary bottle of water for my journey."

"It's a cheap hostel, so you get what you are supposed to get for the price. One thing that I liked is the common area, with a table and chairs to eat or work. Also, the owner was really nice to me. I only had a bad impression of the bathroom, because when I got there the cigarette smell was so strong, and they throw away the cigarette on the toilet, not trash can, so it didn't look that clean. But that was the guest's fault. For about 12 minutes walking from the hostel there izs a big mall, and at night you can buy some street food. The hostel is located inside a curious place with a lot of shops of house furniture. But it was very calm at night. I met there a new friend, so overall it was a good experience for the price. It's not the closest to downtown, but I was aware of that."
