"The room was just as pictured—spacious and bright, with comfortable beds, a quiet environment, and good natural light. The double room even had a washing machine, which was very convenient! There were also many restaurants nearby, as it's located in the city center. The staff handled any minor issues promptly, and their service was excellent, just like the hotel's name suggests—very warm and welcoming. I would definitely choose this hotel again if I have the chance to visit in the future."

The front desk lady was very friendly, helped us with our luggage, and also helped us upgrade the room for free. Before leaving, she also sent us wolfberry tea. The room was clean and tidy, all facilities were complete, there were disposable toiletries, the bed was big and soft, and it was super comfortable to sleep. The hot water in the bath is also very sufficient, wash with confidence, don't worry about the hot water will break. In short, very satisfied

Guest UserBecause of ”walking and singing”, because of the old wolf, I have the idea of going to the northwest to see the cold lake full of traces of the times. Ten kilometers away from Lenghu Town, it is quite emotional to see the ruins of the cold lake oil town under the sun and white clouds!
Star Tribe Villa Hotel, very cost-effective, design and facilities are better than the photos taken by the hotel! Pleasant stay! I also forgot to take pictures.
