"Service: The front desk staff is very good, and the service is timely!
Environment: The surrounding environment is OK. There is a parking lot because it is shared with the hotel, first come first served;
Facilities: The room is well-equipped, the decoration is warm and comfortable, and it is good. The breakfast is rich in variety!
Hygiene: The first room is amazing. It squeaks and sticks when you step on it. Later, I called the front desk to find the security guard to come up and mop the floor, but the whole room was covered with dirt. It took a while to mop it. It was already 11 o'clock in the evening, so we asked to change rooms. We were finally given a clean one. It was after 12 o'clock. The explanation was that the cleaning staff spilled detergent and forgot to mop."

The main issue is that all rooms are in the second floor and it could be noisy in the middle of the night or early morning because people just like to talk loud while going to or from their rooms passing by all other rooms! Maybe a sign that says “please keep quiet in the corridor” can help a bit!"

"If you are going to a European town or to a race track, the location of the hotel is very good. There are a few drawbacks: one is that the sound insulation is not very good, and people talking loudly or making phone calls will disturb the children's rest; the second is that the room is small, and the business king room is really not big; the third is the restaurant, which requires climbing one floor. In addition, the food hygiene management needs to be strengthened. Some of the fried noodles were not fresh that day, and they were replaced with new ones after I reported it."

"The price and location were convenient. However, the receptionist was an older lady who seemed angry about my booking, claiming that I paid less money. Even though I booked through Trip.com and the price matched what was listed on the app, I didn’t respond and simply went to my room. Additionally, I later discovered a cockroach in my room and I complain to the same old lady about this but she replied”deal by yourself”🧐Despite all these the hotel is reasonable for average people with limited budgets, and while the service reflects its affordability, improvements in staff attitude and cleanliness could enhance the experience."

"The hotel is moderately priced, the rooms are clean and tidy, the staff is very good, warm and thoughtful, the hotel is in a good location, good environment, very close to Nanyuan, only 15 minutes drive away, and the transportation is convenient. The guesthouse is nestled amidst rice paddies, in a beautiful and tranquil setting, with fresh air and a truly peaceful oasis in the heart of the city. The location is also very convenient, close to both Shaxi Ancient Town and the city center, making travel hassle-free.
The rooms were impeccably clean and extremely comfortable. Each is a uniquely designed, detached wooden cabin, offering excellent privacy.
The facilities are comprehensive, including a campsite, a coffee shop, and entertainment options like karaoke and mahjong, catering to both adults and children. The large outdoor space allows children to play freely, making it perfect for family trips. Everything you need for eating, drinking, and entertainment is here in one place; I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Taicang!

GGuest UserI booked the newly opened Home Inn in advance for Tomb-Sweeping Day during the Winter Solstice. As expected of a new hotel, the environment, hygiene, and facilities were all excellent. All rooms have windows, but for safety reasons, they're restricted to opening just a crack for ventilation. The room was spacious, with a sofa and a small round table – perfect for munching on duck neck while watching TV.
There's also a tea bar next to the lobby on the first floor, offering warm white fungus soup in the evenings. The first floor also has a laundry room where robots deliver your clothes to your door after washing and drying. Breakfast was a bit simple; if you went late, they didn't refill the milk, and the orange juice tasted heavily artificial. It would have been better to just have a hot water dispenser for self-service. I ordered a bowl of wontons and had two bowls of porridge, but the tofu pudding was delicious.

GGuest UserTraveling with my parents, I booked two big bed rooms, building c. The room was clean and the facilities were complete. It is at the entrance of Liuhe Ancient Town 10m. There are parking spaces at the entrance of the ancient town, but the number is wrong. You can park in the parking lot across the road and cap 15 yuan a day. We mainly put a fireworks in Taicang during the New Year. The parking lot across the road can be put in the open space, which is very convenient. The inn staff are very nice and the porridge for breakfast is also delicious.

HhitsuziAlthough the hotel exterior is rather old, the rooms are relatively new, clean, and comfortable. The front desk service is attentive. The room we were initially assigned may have been used by a previous guest for hot pot or something similar, as it had a strong odor. The front desk staff immediately changed our room and proactively provided instructions on how to use the smart devices in the room. The hotel's location is good; it's 400 meters from RT-Mart and 900 meters from Nanyang Square, and public transportation is very convenient. Overall, it's a good hotel.

MMindful MetaphorThe exact room I’ve booked is located in different building, 250 meters away from the reception. The receptionist just pointed to the direction into the darkness, naming the building number. I had to come back to her to get the directions using the map.
The room itself is nice and clean. But there’s no elevator and the handle for the shower was lacking.
