"This was my first time staying in a hostel, and it was a fantastic experience. The facilities were complete, and the place was very clean. I stayed in the female dorm, and I felt secure because you needed a key card to enter both the room and the restroom. Downstairs, there were plenty of restaurants nearby with a great atmosphere. Most of the attractions were close to the accommodation, so walking wasn't too tiring. I'll definitely choose to stay here again the next time I visit Tainan."

"The location is convenient, but this was the first time I encountered a hotel where luggage storage was only allowed until 3 PM. I had to take my bags to the train station lockers before 3 PM, which was very inconvenient. The next day, when I tried to store my luggage again, I had to ask the front desk three times before getting a response. We were the only guests there at the time, so I'm not sure if they were just pretending not to hear me or what. The pillows and bed were quite firm, making it hard to sleep. There's no fridge in the room; you have to use the communal fridge on the first floor. On the bright side, the room was spacious and had a small sofa, but I won't be staying here again."

"The location is fantastic, right next to Guohua Street, making it super convenient for food. The room was clean, and although it wasn't huge, it was perfectly adequate for two people on a domestic trip. The bathroom was also clean. However, if you have two 20-inch suitcases, it might feel a bit cramped. The only real downside is the poor soundproofing (you can hear conversations from the next room). This was especially noticeable when guests came back from clubs around 2 or 3 AM, chatting loudly, which was a bit disruptive. Oh, and the hotel is right next to a temple, so that's something to consider depending on your preferences. (By the way, the hotel does provide earplugs!) Haha~"

"Excellent location, less than a 10-minute walk from Tainan Station, even with luggage. There's a 7-Eleven downstairs, which is very convenient. The hotel is in the city center, within walking distance to major attractions like Chihkan Tower and Grand Matsu Temple. Check-in and check-out are fully self-service, and communication with the hotel via LINE was quick and clear. The room was cozy and spacious enough for one person, with all basic amenities like a fridge and hairdryer. Although the hotel is in a commercial building, the soundproofing was acceptable; it wasn't too noisy despite a tutoring center downstairs. There's room for improvement in cleanliness and hygiene, especially the noticeable odor in the bathroom. On the second morning of my stay, there was a slight sewer smell coming from the toilet."

"Important: Please bring ear plugs! the sound from street traffic is kind of echoey and loud. I went to buy some after my first night. Location is hard to beat. I got to try quite a few good eateries just by staying here. And there are street markets of different types within short walking distance. I was staying in a room on 2nd level and using the shared bathroom, but it looked like i was the the only one using it. Everything is clean and spotless, as if the place is very new. The hot/cold water dispenser at ground level is very useful. More hooks/hangers in the room for hanging clothes would be nice. The light feature above the bed and the full-length glass windows that allow natural light are very aesthetically pleasing. What was perhaps unusual and a bit unnerving - a first for me - was that i didn't see ANY person around the whole of my 4-day stay. I arrived late and had to do a self check-in on the first day so that was to be expected, but on subsequent days no staff were at reception, nor did i see any guests (though i could faintly hear them in their rooms on certain days). Is this a low season thing? Having said that, i found the self-check in and check-out is quite convenient and if you have connected with them over Whatsapp, they send clear instructions beforehand. They will also answer any questions over Whataspp, so i guess it's like a virtual receptionist?"

"The location is fantastic! Just across the intersection, you're right in the bustling heart of Yongle Market and Guohua Street. Yet, the hotel itself is very quiet, so you can easily pop back to rest up before continuing your shopping. It's super close to Chihkan Tower, and Anping District is only a 10-minute scooter ride away. The room is spacious, and having motorcycle parking on the ground floor is incredibly convenient."

"I was given a 6 digits for the entrance door when the code was 7 digits. It was tricky to enter. There was no receptionist after 6pm... Hopefully, a guest let me in, and another one helped me to open my door. And I received 3 trip coins for the issue. I liked the cats on the terrace. The room just needs a fridge. It's annoying that people let their shoes on the front door, when it's designed for luggage. The room is spacious."

"Very clean!! 🥺 The host has excellent taste; the decor and furnishings are very thoughtful. I was very lucky to have such great accommodations while attending the conference. Excellent value for money! The bathroom was very clean!! And the ventilation was great 🥺👍🫶🏻 Only a 5-minute walk from the Confucius Temple."

"The water pressure in the shower was a bit low, and I wish the bathroom fan was stronger; it felt a bit stuffy after showering. Also, for three people, the air conditioning in the room wasn't quite cool enough. Everything else was great, and the customer service staff were all very patient and had excellent attitudes."

"The environment is clean and tidy, and the owner is funny and enthusiastic. Many small details are a big plus, like providing electric fans and air conditioning, which really caters to different needs. I'll definitely come again!"
