"Cannes is a small city, so the hotel's location is absolutely superb – right across from the train station. You just step out and cross the road. The beach, Avenue des Stars, and Palais des Festivals are all within a ten-minute walk, and you can browse various luxury boutiques and other shops along the way. Supermarkets are also very convenient. The hotel is clean, well-equipped, and the service is friendly and efficient. The rooms are cleaned daily with fresh linens and towels. The Western-style breakfast offers a good variety and tastes great, so you'll be well-fed. The rooftop terrace is a particular highlight, offering views of the sea and almost the entire city. Marilyn Monroe's mural on the opposite building smiles at you every day, ensuring you start your morning in a great mood! Despite being close to the train station and the highway, and the bustling streets, the soundproofing in the rooms is excellent, so your sleep won't be disturbed at night. Right outside the main entrance, there's a nearly endless selection of restaurants, giving you plenty of dining choices. Overall, it offers great value for money and is definitely worth revisiting."

"Stayed here for one night. The location is very convenient, from the station is only about 10 minutes walk. There are shops, restaurants and market nearby. You can reach the port for 5–7 minutes. Toilet and shower are common, are on every floor. In general, at its price it is a good and quite comfortable option for short stay."

В номере всё необходимое есть, матрасы новые, белье и полотенца чистые, средства для мытья посуды и уборки есть. Не понимаю только функцию отдельной комнаты со столом. Нет кондиционера, но есть вентилятор, который гоняет теплый воздух - это да, проблема. Месторасположение отличное. Рядом пляж и куча магазинов. До центра Канн можно дойти пешком за 30 мин или доехать на автобусе за 10, рядом остановка автобуса в Грасс. Цена за эти условия вполне хорошая. Видимо, люди ожидают чего-то большего, раз это Канны"

"The room is small, the infrastructure is not complete, and there is no hot water kettle. For the same price, it is better to book the NOVO next door, in the same building. The service was okay, I didn’t have breakfast, it’s similar to chain hotels."

"Great location, not so great rooms. If you don’t mind taking steps to level 3 (no lift there) and don’t care about the decor, it’s ok. Not sure if it’s operator (my) fault, but I failed to drain the water from the bath, so no bath for another person was avail.. There is no breakfast on the offer. Plenty of restaurants nearby and close to everything - beach, shops, train station."

"The elevator is small and can only accommodate one person plus a large suitcase. I don't know that the room I booked is the attic on the 6th floor. The elevator only goes to the 5th floor. I have to carry the suitcase to climb the stairs to the 6th floor. The stairs are very narrow and dangerous. There is no free Wi-Fi, 2€ an hour, 5€ a day, different from the website introduction, toilet paper only gives a bucket, not enough. The bathroom door is glass, opened left and right, very narrow, my husband is fat, when going out of the bath door, it is very dangerous, I am afraid that he will be cut by the glass door."
