Beautifully restored 19th century Provencal farmhouse located just outside the historic village of Malaucène, famous for its 13th century Saint-Michel church. The farmhouse is ideally located at the crossroads of cycling enthusiasts, between Mont Ventoux and the Dentelles de Montmirail, in the heart of Provence, between Vaison-la-Romaine, Carpentras and Avignon, the fortified city of the Popes.The farmhouse offers a comfortable living space of 140 m² with 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. It can accommodate up to 6 adults. The 35 square meters living room has a sofa bed for 2 additional people, usually children. The terrace includes a dining table next to the kitchen, a pétanque court, a sunbathing area and a swimming pool area.The house includes a fully equipped open plan kitchen and living room with high ceilings. The well-being of the living spaces is ensured by reversible air conditioning with two wood stoves, one inserted in a traditional fireplace, the other in the living room which is decorated in a Provencal style which coexists with paintings by contemporary artists Francine Simonin and Philippe Visson.Two of the bedrooms have quality double beds and the last one has two single beds.
