"The hotel room is nice but having difficulties in check in process. The room that we booked has no windows as the photos provided. on the opposite side of the hotel is garbage bin area, so pls take advice to use mask or spray. so many flies there."

"In the centre of Jaipur with an excellent rooftop view. Good ambivalence at night. However, music plays at obscene times of the day/night (23:30/01:00/06:30?!) with deep bass that can be felt through the walls. My friends and I had private rooms and weren’t there for a party experience, but I’m sure it would have been a banging time if we were. The rooms were a mixed bag in terms of cleanliness. Good beds. Decent bedding. The kettle was however horrific, as were the teabags on offer. Grime and old dirt crusted within the kettle showed a lack of thorough cleaning. The bathrooms smelled of particularly rotten sewage, too. As for check-in, the procedure took too long and they wanted far too many details. It’s not ideal after a flight, and whilst I understand it’s customary for the hostel, it is the first time to happen to us in India. It felt over the top. We also arranged to do laundry there and the entire thing was a mess. The lady running the reception is smiley and lovely, but it was a complete hassle getting our clothes back. We were concerned we might not see them again, haha! If you want somewhere safe, central and with a good view, go for it. I would next time stay a little further out of the centre but that’s just me! Here, you get what you pay for :)"

"Hotel gems suites have good spacious rooms, excellent service and provide kitchen equipments on request. Amazing staff. Location is 100 mtr inside the main road and parking could be slightly challenging, nevertheless ample of space is available at main road. My stay was amazing at the site. Will really recommend hotel."

"It is about 6. 5km from jaipur rly. Station. Better to take only ola from their pickup point. Hotel manager as well as staffs are really very very cooperative. They are always ready to listen. I am really very happy to choose that hotel. Though it is a little bit big distance from rly. Station but jal mahal and amber fort are close to it. I hope in next time i get a little bit larger room like room no. 104 under the same price"
