"This ryokan (traditional Japanese inn) is run by an elderly couple. It felt like staying at a relative's house, full of warmth. The building is a bit old, but it's kept impeccably clean, so we felt completely at ease. By chance, there was a cancellation when we stayed, so we literally had the whole place to ourselves (lol). The food was truly delicious. Each dish was prepared with such care, and meal times were pure bliss. Even for breakfast, we had turban shell mixed rice. The variety and freshness of the fruit served at breakfast were incredible; I wondered how many different kinds there were! It was a truly impressive stay. When we left, they gave us a processed photo taken during our meal and homemade lotion prepared by the wife as gifts. This is a wonderful ryokan that I would confidently recommend to everyone, but since the couple is elderly and can't overexert themselves, guests should try to make things easier for them, perhaps by tidying up after themselves.
