We had an issue with the bedding where we complained to the host and he looked into it wanting to give you another room but we stayed in that room as it was only for two nights. More towels have been also provided after requesting them and a welcome bag with toothbrush, toothpaste, razor and a few other toiletries were in that bag. Water bottles as much you ask for and even at the checkout the host lady gave us each 2 bottles of water to take with us which was really appreciated and a rare first gesture I experienced."
