At the request of many customers, from September 16, 2025, the male area and the women-only area will be separated. This allows you to stay safer and more comfortable. Anyone can use the stylish lounge and the sky lounge.
In addition, during housekeeping time (11:00 - 16:00), you may rest in the capsule upon request. However, during this time, there may be temporary restrictions on the use of public spaces, so please inform the staff if necessary. This expansion enables us to welcome more travelers, and our hotel will continue to maintain premium standards.
A simple breakfast is offered every morning from 07:30 - 10:30. You can also purchase simple food through the vending machine in the hotel. Check-in is available after 16:00, and early check-in is not provided. Even at late hours, self check-in is possible at the kiosk. Checkout is until 11:00, and you may use the luggage room on the second floor before and after check-in and check-out.

"Both the common areas and the rooms are very clean and hygienic. The guests are also very well-behaved! There's a communal fridge, but you'll need to buy your own bottled water if you want it. The nearby bus stop also has late-night buses, which is quite convenient. Staying in an upper bunk is relatively less convenient, as you have to climb up and down. Highly recommended for solo travelers."

First, let's talk about the location:
It's super easy to find. The bus goes directly to Dongdaemun Park, and you can see the hotel building as soon as you get off. The transportation is so convenient, you could find it with your eyes closed! Whether you speak Korean or not, traveling alone or with a companion, everyone will find it effortlessly!
Next, let's talk about the environment:
The room is absolutely spotless!!! The owner is a man, but he's incredibly meticulous. The decor is very cozy and warm. Lying in bed, you truly feel a sense of happiness. In Dongdaemun, for this price, the quality of the accommodation speaks for itself.
Finally, about the owner:
This is my first time writing such a long review on Trip.com, and I'm genuinely touched this time. From the night before I checked in, I added the owner on WeChat. From giving detailed transportation directions (both bus and subway) to the hotel's location, everything was explained perfectly. He sent a map of the hotel's location and videos guiding me with nearby landmarks. The owner works very hard; he's Chinese~ To keep prices low, he doesn't hire staff to clean the rooms; he does it all himself. I came during Christmas, and the owner even gave me a small gift. He's very enthusiastic. Even when I called him late at night for help, he never turned me down π_π
This place is truly excellent. I highly, highly recommend it!"

"The hotel is right near Exit 7 of Euljiro 3-ga Station. You go down a narrow street and you'll see the building. Take the elevator to the 5th floor, and the front desk is right there. When I checked in, an older gentleman explained everything in Japanese. The room was small, but since I was alone, it wasn't an issue. The shower and toilet are in the same space, which was a bit inconvenient when showering. It was either scalding hot or freezing cold, and once I turned it off, only cold water came out, so it was quite chilly. The TV didn't work, and there was no AC, but there was a heater. There was only one blanket, so it was incredibly cold in winter. The lady at the front desk didn't speak Japanese, so we used a translation app for English and Korean, but she was very kind and helpful."

"In this hotel you check in by yourself using a computer; there are no staff, although it seems that foreign volunteers work here. No one greets you or meets you on arrival. The kitchen is very small, and the volunteer workers are constantly cooking there, taking up all the tables. It made me feel uncomfortable. Instead of sitting there and occupying the tables all day, they could clean the mold in the shower. I even had to leave a note saying “Clean it” on the moldy ceiling so that someone would notice. Please clean it — soon the shower will turn into a black room."

"Seoul hotels are generally quite expensive, but this one is more reasonably priced. It's located between two subway stations. The walk back to the hotel at night can be a bit quiet, so if you're traveling alone, you might want to be a bit more vigilant. The hotel bathroom doesn't have a separate shower and toilet area, so the floor gets completely wet after showering. It seems like one of the floors has capsule rooms, but I don't think Trip.com offers that option."

"The room that I checked in is not even close to the room that I booked (deluxe double room). Staff said every deluxe double room is different but completely different from what they posted and can’t change it due to all full. But everything else is pretty good. Cleanliness and location are great. Subway station(Line 4) are 10 minutes away by walking."

JJesmin TThe room is warm enough during winter Dec and the bed is comfortable. Breakfast choices are limited. Their cheesecake is nice. We can refill drinking water and hot water at the lobby receptionist area. We are sad that we couldn't have the hanbok experience during our visit. It is supposed to provide free hanbok experience for photo shooting. They just told me that it was sent for cleaning. We stayed 3 nights, and the hanboks are not available :(
Lastly, the rate for a luxury room is a bit over priced. Their location is able to walk to nearby attractions but we have to walk a lot. 15-20mins walk to hanok village.

KKris7szThis is a nice hotel but unfortunately let's itself down in a few ways. The room is nice and well kitted out. It is also new. There is also water and coffee in the check in area and free pods for the washing machine which is a great touch. But unfortunately for us what let it down was the lack of any sort of cleaning/ changing of the sheets. For a 7 night stay you would at least expect the sheets to be changed once! There is an option on the tablet to request a sheet change which seems to come with a charge. Now onto the tablet. It's unfortunately placed in the most ridiculous place. It blocks the whole table it's on and is absolutely useless anyway. We requested toilet paper to no avail. When asked a cleaner we were told to go to the 3rd floor they are there. Next onto the towels. We left the towels outside to be changed after 4 days. Didn't receive any towels back. When asked about this we told again to get them from the 3rd floor draw. Which only has handtowls in it. Utterly bannanas. I asked where do I put rubbish and was told to take it to the 3rd floor. Luckily there were spare bin bags as I was doing rubbish runs every day of our trip. First time iv stayed in a hotel and had to go 5 floors to empty my own rubbish every day. Next onto the noise. Now we did expect it to be noisey due to reviews and the location. But bunches of girls screaming into 4am in the morning most nights is just wild. Especially during the weekdays when you would expect it to be quiet. Then there's the window. Which you can see is new but still somehow let's in a cold breeze. Also I don't know if it's the drains or the breeze in the window but the on and off smell of sulpher is wild(mostly on). I know Seoul has a sewer problem but the hallway smells great!. All in all I would recommend this hotel for a short stay if your partying. Anything else and I would give it a pass. Which is a shame. Oh and another cherry on the top. I asked to use a hoover as there is no brush or anything in the room. So managed to hoover my room. Again a first for a hotel stay. I'm starting to wonder would I have been better to book separate stays here rather than one big booking then I might have got some new sheets towels ect.

RreyngjjSeoul Vamos Hotel is the best hotel I ever stayed. The room is beautiful, cozy and is very comfortable. They have beautiful small lobby on 1st floor with a water dispenser, coffee machine, tea bags, microwave and food utensils. It provides proper necessities to its guests and is really very convenient. For me, having good necessities is more than important. To travel around, I would say taking public transport is very convenient as there are bus stop conveniently located nearby the hotel or taking Uber, Kakao Taxi and Tmoney-Onda, therefore traveling around seoul is seamlessly connected from this hotel. Not to mentioned, they have big shopping mall nearby like the
”Shinsegae Department Store times square branch” and there are convenient stores too like ”Nice to CU”. In addition, I would also say my experience with the hotel's staff is amazing, they are friendly and helpful towards their guests. I really love the hotel top-notch service. In terms of communication with the staff, I have no issue communicating with the staff.
I really miss my stay in Seoul Vamos Hotel. I will definitely stay here again in Seoul Vamos Hotel. 100% recommended. To anyone visiting Seoul, do check out this hotel!!

YYaredaifuyouThis hotel greatly improved my impression of Korea. First, the price was great; it didn't increase during holidays and was still very affordable. Second, the amenities were excellent: free multi-plug charging cables, disposable face wash, skincare products, bath towels, bagged sterilized pajamas, condoms, and even a computer. These amenities are either unavailable or chargeable in China. Oh, and they even had a shoehorn, which I've only ever seen in five-star hotels. The difference was stark. It's also about a ten-minute walk from the subway station, just across one traffic light. There are convenience stores, restaurants, a laundry room, and a small supermarket nearby, which is very convenient. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Korea.

TTianyixiaonvhaiHonestly, the location was a bit hard to find! It's tucked away deep inside, and the pictures on Trip.com weren't very accurate. I had to rely on asking people for directions and guesswork! This place seems to only accommodate female guests, and I'm a solo female traveler visiting Seoul for the first time! The biggest plus is its excellent location, right next to the dermatology clinic I visited. The downsides are poor ventilation and the front desk staff's mediocre attitude, plus they require a deposit. The front desk is quite far from the rooms, and check-in is entirely by a key code. If you lose the paper with the code, you're out of luck!

GGuest UserThe hotel is conveniently located just one stop away from Dongdaemun Station, making it easy to find. There's a convenience store right in front, and while most restaurants nearby don't stay open late, there are still some good dining options around.
Unlike what some other guests have mentioned, if you arrive around the 6 PM check-in time, a staff member will be there to assist you. I was even given the option to view two different room interiors before deciding. Since I had a suitcase and preferred to use the elevator, I chose a room on the 6th floor, and the staff's service was excellent. The room itself was spacious enough to open a large suitcase, and having a desk and chair was a definite plus. The layout with the sink between the shower and toilet prevented the toilet area from getting wet, which was great. They also provided a power adapter and a hairdryer. The room floor was heated, and the bed felt warm, possibly due to an electric blanket. There was also a water dispenser and a microwave on the first floor. I would definitely consider staying here again. Thank you!
