"This is a local budget hotel chain, the location is very near to Tambun Sunway Lost World, walking distance to the theme park, near by also have many Malay Foods Restarants. Parking is convenient but remember to pay parking coupon during office hours."

"Excellent! A perfect 10/10 rating. Although the hotel is a converted shophouse, the service, ambiance, and cleanliness were surprisingly superb! The location is also very convenient, right in the city center, making it easy to grab bean sprout chicken or buy local specialties. It's about a 10-minute walk to 'Tong Sui Gai' (dessert street), and the coffee and food at the corner kopitiam behind the hotel are fantastic. The proprietress is very welcoming; she always greets guests from out of town warmly. Another thoughtful touch is that this type of hotel usually doesn't provide disposable slippers, but they do here – truly commendable! 🌟 I want to give special thanks and praise to the Chinese uncle and lady at the front desk; both were incredibly helpful and provided excellent service. The lady at the front desk was especially accommodating when I needed a late checkout; even though the hotel was fully booked, she managed to extend it for half an hour. She also gave very practical advice when I had a question about using my computer. While I was using my computer in the lobby, I overheard her patiently and enthusiastically assisting a guest from Indonesia, even carefully explaining parking regulations to the guest who wasn't familiar with local rules. This kind of service attitude is truly rare nowadays, and I hope she continues to maintain her passion! 😊 I will definitely stay here again next time I visit Ipoh, but I won't recommend it to my family and friends, otherwise, it will become even harder to book! 😝 Still, I wish them prosperous business! 😍"

"The location is quite convenient and easy to find. The staff were also very helpful, guiding me through the self check-in and check-out process step-by-step. The only downside is that the room environment was a bit worrying; there was a strange odor as soon as I entered, and I even found a small cockroach. Everything else was acceptable, especially for 60 ringgit – you can't expect a five-star environment. 😅😅 Amenities: Hairdryer ❌ Kettle ❌ Water dispenser available outside and downstairs ✅ Towel ✅"

"overall, the room is spacious and clean. no cigarette smell or mattress odour. only the room is not lit properly and we brought our own camping lites. the signage to the hotel is not enough and we were guided wrongly by the nearby security guard. parking wise is ample but no shades. food wise no issue as there are many food eateries nearby. a hospital was just some walking distance away. if we visit Perak, will definitely choose this hotel if there are no more other hotels vacant. the furnitures are old and need to be fixed. drainage piping also need to be properly done."

"The location is very good as it the hotel is very near to a lot of eating places and cookies/snacks shops. The deluxe king room that we booked was very comfortable. The reception staff speak English and they are friendly. The only setback was the bathroom. Water tends to flow out to the floor, outside the shower area, making the sink area very wet. If you bathe holding the shower head near the railing area, the water does not flow out. Overall, it's a very pleasant stay at the Host Hotel. :)"

"we were greet with smile although it was 10pm. the hotel is very clean and have a spacious family room. the location is very convenient if you want to stay near to lost world tambun. plenty of parking space and nearby eateries. we will come back again"

"This hotel location is superb, it is just opposite with Aeon shopping mall entrance, so mean you no need to worry about the food, or you need to buy anything for personal care, there is the Chinese hawker just 5 steps from the hotel entrance, dobi within walk distance. If the hotel has lift it would be the best hotel."

"so far sangat puas hati duduk sini, wish i could stay here longer. bilik besar betul, lagi2 bila duduk sorang. bersih & kemas, cuma diorang provide 2 towel, 2-in-1 bodywash shampoo & 2 toilet paper roll. kawasan pun near pekan nak kemana semua dekat sangat tapi kawasan tak bising. also kena provide depo cash time check in & dapat balik bila check out. tilam semua ditukar baru by housekeeper. a worth place to stay if you’re travelling to ipoh ＜3"

"I liked this hotel. There is daily cleaning ( which is unusual for budget friendly hotels in Malaysia), water, tea and coffee were refilled every day ( but upon check in I found only sugar and coffee creamer without tea or coffee). There is a kettle and a mini fridge. An iron and ironing board were provided on request. I like that the shower is separated by a glass partition, so the floor doesn't get wet, a hair dryer and toiletries are provided. There is a safe. My room was big but standard rooms are not big, Soundproofing can be improved, I could hear every sound from the corridor. There was a bit of chemical smell in the corridor. There is a 7/11 next door, KFC and Pizza Hut on the opposite side of the road, the central market is nearby. The main landmarks are about 10-15 minutes walk."
