The over-sized guest room has a queen-sized bed with a twin bunk bed above and a twin trundle bed underneath. The guest room also has a tv and private balcony. There is an additional full sized bathroom just outside the guest room complete with jetted tub and shower. For additional guests, pull out the queen-sized sofa bed in the living room and snuggle up in front of the wood burning fireplace. There is a private washer (Miele WXD160 WCS installed in April 2024) and dryer (Miele TXR860WP Eco & Steam installed in April 2024) in the unit for your convenience. The condo accommodates 6 guests comfortably. Our large dining table seats up to 6 guests and is a great spot for family games or cards. All linens are provided. The community pool and hot tub (also overlooking the Eagle River) are conveniently located just down the stairs from our unit. There are towels available in our unit for pool and hot tub use. The pool is typically open June through September; the hot tub is open year round. Occasionally the pool and/or hot tub may be closed for routine maintenance or repair. WiFi, a wood burning fireplace (with extra firewood on the deck), and a gas grill are available for your use.A large mud room in the entryway is a great place to set extra gear. After turning in to SunRiver, take an immediate right underneath building C and pull into the assigned parking spot for unit B302 on the right.
