Water and Heating During Outages: Since the water heater runs on electricity, there will be no hot water during a power outage. However, I will provide a portable electric water heater (for heating water manually) for basic use like bathing. 3. Wi-Fi Access: If the power is out in the unit, guests can go to the lobby area where Wi-Fi may still be accessible. 4. Water Supply Fluctuation: Occasionally, especially after a power interruption, the water pressure may become weak. Please be patient and allow some time for the full supply to return. This is something beyond my control, but I will do my best to assist you during your stay. 5. If the elevator is not working, please use the exit stairs These situations are not frequent but may happen, especially during typhoon season.
