"I'm so disgusted, I book one room 2 beds but they give us one room one double size bed, and they charged me Php. 700 for one extra bed because they give me room with one bed, which book one room two beds, I have may proof I booked the one room with 2 beds"

"My stay here is very wonderful and superb. The hosts are very accommodating and very kind. This hotel is highly recommendable specially if you’re looking for a budget friendly hotel. The place is very clean and it’s quiet you can sleep soundly. They provided locker for your belongings and a room for your luggage. I enjoy taking bath with their heater despite of breezy temperature in the location. Also provide free WIFI. Though you better bring your own drinking water although they also provide but it’s inside it’s embarrassing to ask always but i think suggesting to put water dispenser to where occupants can easily access. This place is very secured and they maintain cleanliness kudos to the host. Looking forward to coming back. Btw, this place is very near to everything, Just walking distance to SM, Session Road, Burnham, Night Marker and The Cathedral. Not familiar to the place but they call it Market Baguio"

"This was our second stay at Travelite Legarda. We usually go to Baguio every January. During our previous visit, we stayed at Travelite Express Hotel near Burnham Park, and the following year we decided to try Travelite Legarda. This is now our second time staying here. We initially checked in to Room 321 and noticed that there was no hot water in the room. I immediately asked for assistance from the front desk because hot water is really important, especially since Baguio is very cold. FO Ericka and HK Arnold assisted us and helped transfer us to another room with hot water, Room 309. At around 9:32 PM, we had already transferred to the new room. Since the hot water was working, I started taking a shower. After a few minutes, two male guests suddenly opened our room, which shocked us because they were able to access the room. The two guests said that the front office had also assigned Room 309 to them. After I finished my shower, I waited for any staff or front office personnel to come, knock, or at least apologize for what happened—but no one came. I was really shocked and disappointed. I also work in the hotel industry, so I understand that mistakes can happen, but this situation was clearly a serious negligence. At the very least, an apology should have been given to the guest. I don’t know if the staff were busy or unaware, but this experience was not good for any guest. I hope this incident will not happen again to other guests in the future."

"Location is good..along the highway so it's not easy to take a ride..amenities and services was good,staffs were acommodating as well ..but the cleanliness is not that so good.but still I can say still good.. Thank you hotel Supreme for your service!"

"Room was clean and spacious. The room I booked has a balcony that had a very nice Mountain view. There was breakfast included and I had that at the balcony of my room with that great view. There was vendor passed by selling Taho too and many went down to get one! The location is a bit far from the city center, but very close to the Mirador Hill Peace Memorial. I just walked there from the hotel. The sound proof was not great and there was chimes from the lift. So you will hear people talking and steps when they pass the corridor, when the lift arrives every time, when people talk at the balcony or turn on the TV a bit loud. Anyhow, the bed and blanket were comfy with hot shower. I had quite a comfort stay."

"We recently stayed at V HOTEL Apartel and had a generally pleasant experience. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, which made our stay comfortable. However, the internet connection was quite slow during our stay, which was a bit inconvenient, especially for those who need to stay connected for work or communication. Overall, V HOTEL Apartel offers great service and cleanliness in a prime location, but it would benefit from improving its internet speed."
