"The location is really good because it's close to Kapitolyo and PIA building, the cleanliness is also outstanding! But the service is okay only because the receptionist at that time seemed to be too exhausted and did not care to give a smile. There were also no toiletries in the bathroom, mug/ cup, plate / spoon and fork, you need to request, but they're free. The faucet in the sink was broken, there was no bidet, the head shower is also broken it's functioning but the water spills everywhere. The TV was malfunctioning, I didn't get to watch any TV show. I felt like sadako would come out of the screen because of the screen! "

"This is a ‘love’ hotel. Even though the staff are extremely friendly, helpful and discreet, the hotel lacks basic safety features such as a key for your room and a safe box. Therefore it’s pointless to book it in advance for several nights. There’s absolutely nothing around the hotel which can be positive or negative depending on what you’re looking for. Only recommend if all you’re looking for is privacy."

"The place is very beautiful, clean and cozy. It is within walking distance of the Pokemon Run event we participated in. It is also close to the Mall of Asia, which is a plus. There are also various restaurants, cafes, grocery stores and other related amenities nearby. The hygiene is impeccable, the bathroom and bed are spotless, and it is very safe to live in. Overall, the accommodation experience is very good."

"It was good, the staff are helpful and kind.. the bed is good, the air conditioner working well.. the bathroom, shower is working well also.. very accessible in many places that you want to go."

"Although we had a little bit of issue with the check-in process (1. the admin couldn’t initially find our reservation; 2. we were told to present vaccination IDs though it wasn’t stated on the booking info that it’s a requirement. I had mine but my partner didn’t have hers.), Sir Kevin (host) was kind enough to thoroughly assist us throughout our stay. The unit had decent kitchenware which we used since we stayed for 2 nights. It just seemed that the place wasn’t completely cleaned before our stay as there were still some uncollected trash inside the bin, leftover butter in the fridge (probably from the previous guest). We also noticed that the linen and duvet had some stains. I just hope those were old stains and not from the previous guest because that would be really off. Other than that, the location was spot on. For the price we paid, it was totally a steal. I just hope the overall cleanliness of the unit would be improved."
