Bags of cubed ice is available at the security guard station at a reasonable cost. Between both levels find two terraces, and several balconies overlooking our beautiful pool area, and backside green belt. We also have installed a 600-gallon water reserve tank, should it become necessary for continuous running water. We also have installed an EcoFlow Pro power battery for continuous refrigeration and power on the first level, living, dining, kitchen area, in the event of a power failure. Exclusive parking spaces are marked #13 and #14 and are available within the gated parking area. There are also available, limited, first come guest and accessible parking spaces. Ample parking is also available just outside the entry gate, on the side of the road. No other parking spaces may be occupied within the complex, as each parking space is privately owned.
