"I booked this hotel because I arrived in the early hours and didn't want the hassle of going into the city. Due to the unusual arrival time, I wasn't sure how to select the date, so I just went with the typical domestic booking method. Shortly after booking, I received an email and realized the date was incorrect. After emailing them, they helped me adjust it without needing to cancel and rebook. Then, my flight was heavily delayed, and with a lot of people, I ended up arriving at the hotel nearly two hours later than planned. Throughout this, I communicated with them multiple times via email, and they assured me they would hold my room, which was a huge relief. They even started counting the 4-hour stay from my actual check-in time, which was incredibly thoughtful. The hotel is located a bit further in, off the airport express line. The room isn't large, but for a by-the-hour room, which is essentially for temporary stays, I think it was excellent."

"I was scolded by the staff for not having money and not staying there again. They complained because I didn't prepare a key deposit, as it wasn't stated in the room reservation details. In the past, I've never had this problem at other hotels."

"Second time visit, pool villa offers comfort and convenience being minutes away from the airport, easy to get a grab into the nearby malls there are lots of dining options, perfect for those spending the night before a morning flight. Staff are lovely and efficient. Room is clean and cool."

"Booked this for a layover for my family. The biggest plus is not having to leave the airport or worry about transportation. It's about a 5-minute walk from the arrivals hall, and it's quite busy, so a solo female traveler would feel safe. Check-in was set for 6 PM, and we arrived a bit before that, but the staff member wasn't at their post, so we had to wait a little. I'd recommend arriving exactly at check-in time. As for facilities, I didn't have high expectations; mainly just needed a place to sleep."

"Close to the Suvarnbhumi Airport. You can watch flights and the airport from the rooftop. Good but small common area. I hope they replace the tables with chairs so people can relax and work comfortably. The only thing that is missing is lockers. They don’t have lockers on all 4 floors except on the ground floor. It's very important to have lockers because people mostly stay here who want to catch their flights and if someone takes something from your luggage, then it's difficult to catch that person even if we know that person because he may have already left Thailand."

"Good, but there are mosquitoes in the fan room. It is recommended to put an electric mosquito coil in the room. The water from the bath heater is not particularly hot, but it is acceptable, and it is generally good."

"This hostel is really great! It's right next to the airport and very clean. The rooms have their own bathrooms, wardrobes, and desks. Best of all, breakfast is included! They offer soup, rice, fried rice, other dishes, and drinks. The breakfast was delicious, I forgot to take pictures. There are also restaurants and a 7-Eleven nearby, which is very convenient for shopping."
