"I booked this hotel because I arrived in the early hours and didn't want the hassle of going into the city. Due to the unusual arrival time, I wasn't sure how to select the date, so I just went with the typical domestic booking method. Shortly after booking, I received an email and realized the date was incorrect. After emailing them, they helped me adjust it without needing to cancel and rebook. Then, my flight was heavily delayed, and with a lot of people, I ended up arriving at the hotel nearly two hours later than planned. Throughout this, I communicated with them multiple times via email, and they assured me they would hold my room, which was a huge relief. They even started counting the 4-hour stay from my actual check-in time, which was incredibly thoughtful. The hotel is located a bit further in, off the airport express line. The room isn't large, but for a by-the-hour room, which is essentially for temporary stays, I think it was excellent."

"I was scolded by the staff for not having money and not staying there again. They complained because I didn't prepare a key deposit, as it wasn't stated in the room reservation details. In the past, I've never had this problem at other hotels."

"Whether you have an early morning flight or a late-night arrival and need a good place to rest, this is undoubtedly one of the best value-for-money options near the airport. The capsule bed is large, and the bedding is very soft. The lady who checked me in was also very nice. You can store your luggage in the lockers behind the capsule rooms; you'll need to set your own password. The downsides are that it's a bit hard to find and far from the restrooms 😂 But for this price, what more could I ask for!"

"I enjoyed my stay and would book it again. My flight arrived in BKK 1:50am so I wanted a place nearby to rest. BestBed was perfect because it was a super quick Grab trip (140baht) and the reception is open 24 hours. I got a single room and was able to get a good night of sleep. The bed is firm and comfortable. The room is small and there's no windows but that didn't matter. Oh, the AC was shared with the room next door hehe. That was something new. But also okay. There's a rooftop with direct view to the airport, a common area with ac, a big 7-Eleven right next to the hostel. Everything is clean and they are very welcoming. Great option if you need to stay by the airport!"

"I stayed here to wait for my flight, without high expectations for the price, but it exceeded my expectations. Pros: Spacious room, large bed, separate bathroom area, air conditioning, TV, refrigerator, seating area for eating, and parking. Cons: The accommodation is quite far from the main road, the room had a very strong mothball smell, and the rooms are not soundproof; noise from outside and neighboring rooms is very loud. Overall, it's suitable for the price and ideal for a stopover, but if you plan to stay overnight, you might not be able to sleep due to the noise."

"Overall it matches the low price point, location is the best convenient ride from Suvarnabhumi airport… however expect disturbances at nights with constant movement of guests. Appreciate the aircon and locker provided in the room but the stench of smoke and incessant chatter kept me awake most of the night (apparently, guests were smoking in/nearby the room)."
