Please note: We are not a hotel. You rent houses from us for your stay. We do not have a reception desk. Check-in and check-out occurs independently. We also do not have attendants or porters.
Houses 1-5 have stairs leading to them. You can see the photos. When choosing a house to live in, take this into account. It may not suit you.
Houses 6-7 are close to the road and you can hear bikes and cars passing by. Consider this before booking if it is important to you.
Cleaning is done once every 5 days. If you require additional cleaning, change of towels or bed linen, please let us know.
You are on a tropical island inhabited by a variety of fauna. Sometimes you may encounter a gecko, spider, ants or other insects inside your home. This is normal, as the house is not hermetically sealed. During cleaning, we remove all insects if there are any. But they can return. That is why we have an insect repellent in each house that you can use yourself if necessary.
Please note. We do not keep animals near our homes. Any animals you may encounter do not belong to us. Any interactions with flora and fauna are your own responsibility.
All our houses are equipped with safes. According to the house rules, we are not responsible for valuables, money, securities, jewelry and other things left outside the safe. Thanks for understanding.
That we are located in a tourist area. Although there are no entertainment areas in the immediate vicinity of the resort, you may occasionally hear music.

"Moonway Bungalows is an excellent option to visit Haad Yao at Koh Phangan. It’s walking distance from the beautiful beach (only warning is that the way includes stairs). The environment is relaxing and peaceful. If you want to go out for dinner, it is also close to very good restaurants with both local and international food . The houses are modern, comfortable and well equipped, including the kitchen, and there is also a motorcycle parking.
Kate and Oleg are excellent hosts, always kindly attentive and available for any questions or requests. Thank you for the pleasant stay!"

"This is very basic accommodation - a very small room where only the bed fits. Feels like in a cell. The fan was too noisy to sleep with and without fan is too hot.
It can be convenient to spend the night before departure, because is located close to the pier, I wouldn't stay for more than 1 day."

"The bungalow shooting range hotel is located behind the om pass from the active part of the island. If you don't have a moped, you can only get there by songthaew or taxi. Problematic for some.
But we had a bike and enjoyed the ride.
The beach is a 3-minute walk away. The beach is good. But we were there during the New Year holidays. It was all occupied by sun loungers from coastal hotels, which is a bit confusing. The beach is shared. And it was impossible to even rent a sun lounger. Of course, there are no complaints about our ”Sandy Bungalow”. It is not on the shore. But you need to consider that there was actually nowhere to sit on the shore with your ”towel”. Be careful with the time you choose for your vacation!
About the hotel. Excellent, green, well-kept territory. The workers clean and sweep everything. Very clean! The rooms are cleaned upon request. There is always staff at the reception. They will help with everything. They speak English well.
There is a parking lot for bikes inside the territory. There is a car park outside the premises. There were always spaces.
The bungalow is spacious (we had 7). Wooden floors, comfortable bed. Your own veranda. Excellent Wi-Fi everywhere.
Cons. No hot water. I didn't find this in the hotel description. Not critical when it's warm. But if it rains, the shower will be invigorating.
No shelves to simply put things. There is space for them. Maybe we should think about it?
There are rails for things, but not enough hooks and hangers. We don't travel with a lot of clothes, but with such humidity it would be nice to be able to hang things or lay them out, rather than keep them in luggage. Especially since we stayed for a week.
Another note. There will always be ants running around the room. We have no complaints about this. This is the jungle. But suddenly someone can't stand it.
Overall, a great stay. A good price for such service.
I recommend. And thanks to all the staff for the excellent work.
On Phangan for the 4th time. We lived in different parts of the island. There is something to compare with."

"If you go with your friends it's the ideal option. It's really close to the beach. The hotel has a beautiful yard and some cute cats. The staff is super kind and helpful, I had an emergency and they helped me making calls. The places feel like home , super cozy! 😌😌😌😌😌😌"

"A beautiful villa.
We lived in the Blue Paradise Villa. Comfortably, clean.
The kitchen is working. Bed is comfortable. The water pressure in the shower is regular. Cleaning every three days.
The pool is excellent, it is cleaned 2-3 once a week.
Good beaches are not far away if you are on a bike or a car. No walking.
In 20-30 minutes walk there is a cafe. Shops are far away, you need to buy in advance.
The staff is friendly, always ready to go to the meeting. Settled quickly.
There were mosquitoes on the territory, but for some reason at an hour (18 to 19). On the territory of the hotel, the building is built, but it does not prevent the accommodation at all. Since the building goes over the existing buildings and we have not heard the noise of the works, have not seen the dirt.
Note that the expulsion is at 11:00. We were extended the room as we were with the child and were very asked for late departure and we were given another villa for three hours. Thank you to the hotel staff."

"We left Koh Samui for Koh Phangan, and compared to Phuket and Koh Samui, Koh Phangan's prices are higher and the hotel quality is worse. We're used to this being a land of smiles and hospitality, but there was no hospitality at this hotel. The reception was a bit rude and abrupt. The admin asked the guy who works there to show us to our room, but during the entire check-in process, there wasn't a single smile. It was as if we weren't expected. It was okay for one night, but it was hard to find. The reception desk looked like a massage parlor or a travel agency, and the hotel itself was behind the reception desk, a bit like a hostel."

"Great beach for snorkeling. When you go out to the beach, you need to go to the right towards the spit that connects the beach with a small island. Walk approximately to the spit, then into the water and swim straight from the shore for about 5-7 minutes, then the corals begin, it is very beautiful in good weather, when it is not very windy and the water is clear. The hotel itself is good, large and comfortable rooms by the pool (there are also houses closer to the bar, which are also good, but the rooms are smaller). Nice clean pool with a depth of 1.5 meters, there is a shallow area for children. There is a safe and kettle in the room. In terms of infrastructure: in October 2023, almost everything nearby is closed until the evening. They said that it was low season, there would be more tourists, they would open earlier. In 2020, there was a FamilyMart nearby, now a local supermarket with unclear opening hours, there is little you can buy, they don’t sell fruit nearby. The hotel restaurant is good, the staff is excellent."

CChristophIch gebe sehr selten Bewertungen ab, da ich auf meinen längeren Reisen in viele Unterkünfte komme und oftmals keine Zeit habe dafür. Dennoch ist es mir eine Herzensangelegenheit für dieses Hostels einige schöne Zeilen zu schreiben:
Insgesamt hatte ich eine wirklich wahnsinnig tolle Zeit!!! Von der ersten Sekunde an fühlt man sich einfach nur herzlich Willkommen in diesem Hostel.
Ein riesiges Dankeschön geht an den Besitzer des Hostels „Fon“. Der Typ ist einfach eine herzensgute Seele. Ich habe selten einen so zuvorkommenden, sympathischen Menschen kennengelernt. Ich bin im Hostel angekommen und wurde mit einem gratis Cappucino und Wasser begrüßt. Da seine Frau zu viel Curry gekocht hat, durfte ich sogar etwas davon mit essen.
Fon hat das Hostel von Grund auf neu aufgebaut und steckt all seine Energie mit Herzblut dort rein und ist noch lange nicht am Ende ein atemberaubendes Hostel zu schaffen und für seine Gäste ein einzigartiges Zuhausefeeling zu bieten. Er legt viel Wert darauf, dass es jedem seiner Gäste gut geht und nimmt sich die Zeit für jeden Einzelnen. Dabei ist ihm nicht wichtig, dass er mit dem Hostel massig Geschäft macht, sondern dass es jedem Einzelnen gut geht und alle die beste Zeit haben.
Seine Crew, die dort arbeitet und er selbst haben mit uns eine Rollertour um die Insel gemacht und uns ganz viele tolle Orte gezeigt. Es war einer der schönsten Tage, die ich hatte.
Ich war zu Beginn verwundert, wie ein Hostel eine so dermaßen gute Bewertung haben kann. Nachdem ich angekommen bin wurde mir schnell klar warum. Es ist nicht alles perfekt - Es ist alles genau richtig, so wie es ist. Das Hostel ist entspannt, super sauber, bietet Aktivitäten und ist toll gelegen (5 Minuten zu Fuß zum Fullmoonstrand). Man fühlt sich wie zuhause und jeder der hierher kommt wird eine gute Zeit haben. Versprochen!
Fon hat noch so viele tolle Ideen, das Hostel noch zu erweitern und noch schöner zu gestalten. Ob in 1, 2 oder 5 Jahren. Ich komme definitiv irgendwann wieder und bin schon jetzt gespannt, was er tolles daraus machen wird!

Расположение в тихом месте , с участком пляжа в стиле баунти . Пожалели что приехали всего на одни сутки.
Неплохо готовят.
От пляжа отеля можно дойти до культового пляжа Зен прямо по кромке моря.
Кафешка кстати ,которая стоит на пляже Зен на пляже , не советую. Управляющий или владелец реально сумасшедший.
Заказали падай и салат из манго ,с степенью остроты 1 из 3 и то и то. Салат пренесли сверх острый . Прибежал этот человек,сначала доказывал что падтай ноу чили, а салон чили.
В общем стало понятно что менять не будут, смирились.
Но он ещё пол часа , подходил каждый две минуты, пытался доказать что салат не острый. Сожрал из нашей тарелки половину порции , показывая что он не острый, и был крайне надоедлив, на грани психопата.
В общем если дороги нервы , не заходите туда.
Отель же очень понравился.

GGuest UserThe room is big but all the bungalow was facing each other so you have a view on your neighbours only. If you’re lucky you’ll get one renovated bungalow, if not you’ll have an old one as well had and it wasn’t very nice.
Good points the staff was friendly and the room was clean and 30sec walk from the beach.

SSoberfishieI stayed at Limelight Village for 2 weeks in February and loved it so much, I came back for 3 weeks in March!
There are 8 detached units, which are very private, with very comfortable beds, soft sheets, a terrace and I little area out the back which is great for drying as it gets so hot!
The staff are so friendly and welcoming and clean the rooms very well and always with a smile! Breakfast was good with a selection of cooked and cold options, served with juice and a hot drink.
The accommodation is directly on a stunning beach and the pool as a fabulous optional extra!
I highly recommend this place to stay and am already booking next year! Thank you Nott & Mai and the lovely girls xx

PPavelThe location is good, and the staff is friendly. However, the bungalow I got is not the same as on pictures. The room is really tiny (10 sqm, not 17), and the aircon is way too powerful for that size of the room. It's quite dark in the bathroom, and the water pressure in the sink is not good. Otherwise, everything was great. They provide free drinking water and coffee/tea for the guests in the restaurant.

Just because we are Thai so he can say anything to make us feel afraid of riding and renting their motorbike on the island. We have educated why don’t be nice to say anything nice. Wish we were the last group which is not be nice with, thank you anywhere for the nice lady who helped us about rental.

GGuest UserI was looking for a hostel in Haadrin, I got it at a very nice price... the advantages are the cleanliness of the hotel, the vibe, the location, the girl at the reception is the most beautiful and charming ❤️ the pastels are clean, the towels are new, I asked for extra blankets to hang as a curtain, she brought me ❤️ Haadrin beach is two steps away and Lila beach is 400 meters away, you should definitely go there, 7/11, there are all the cafes)
It is incredibly nice that the hoster has a locker/safe ✅
A cooler with cold and hot water, free coffee, cookies at the reception, there is a small veranda shared by guests... note for tourists, warn the girl at the reception in advance of the departure date, since the reception is not around the clock) ✅ the taxi driver dropped me off somewhere on the street and I had to look for hostel, locals can't really help either, guys, landmark bar/shop with a figure of Bob Marley and go to the big golden arch there immediately hide hostel✅
For those who want to save money, Haadrin Pier is literally 5-7 minutes from the hostel, go there one morning and buy a ticket in advance cheaper than from tour representatives, if you need to go back to Samui or somewhere... I will gladly return to this hostel, I liked everything

GGuest UserI booked this hotel with *********** and on the listing it said that the room offered AC, however when I got there not only did the manager inform me it did not have AC, he said he had never even heard of ***********.
However, he was nice enough to very quickly upgrade us to a room with an AC for free, and the staff in general was very nice. My only complaint was the water pressure: I would have given this place a 5 star review but the shower had seriously the worst water pressure I’ve ever experienced.

Ggk123I'd only recommend staying here if you're attending the full moon party. It's got great access to the beach. The bungalows are small and very dark. The rooms get very hot in the night but there's a loud, but working, AC unit to keep it cool.
This is really the definition of a place where you do a budget stay (unfortunately for us was the most expensive night we've had in Thailand because of full moon prices). The hotel room has a small table by the door, no bedside lamps or anything.
Be careful when swimming in the sea, there can be sea lice which make it a rather stinging experience 😂😁
