"The hotel is excellent, with spacious rooms and a large terrace offering a beautiful view. The pool is clean, and the staff are polite and friendly. They allowed us to check in early and store our luggage on the day of departure. The only downside is the Wi-Fi. You have to enter the login and password every time, and the speed sometimes drops."

"The hotel room was clean and well decorated. The hotel staff were also friendly. I got the room 2 hours before than the regular check in time. Breakfast options are too limited. No pick up and drop service from/to the ferry. The location was good considering quiet surrounding and near by mosque."

"The hostel is located in a calmer area of the Island even though connected to the main walking street. The beds are kind of capsuled which help us to have some independence in big rooms. The common area are really pleasant and clean/new. There is a balcony where people can dry the clothes and towels. And the bathroom are well-kept with space for shower and toilet with hangers, which is an asset. The team has the pleasant kindness of Thailand hospitality. I recommend it!"

"Great location, good for swimming at the beach and viewing the mountain behind the resort. The service was great - i did a late booking yet they came to offer me a bed despite passing their working hours. Its like 10 min work to the social area and i love the walk in and out cos it helps me to have my 30 min of exercise :). The only issue i had was that i saw a crab in my room one evening but it was okay - harmless. Had a good time relaxing and working."

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! One of the highlights was a service we didn’t even know existed: upon arriving at the port in Phi Phi, we were pleasantly surprised to find staff waiting to help with luggage and guide us to the hotel. It made the arrival so much smoother, especially in the heat and crowds.
The luggage service was incredibly efficient and thoughtful — we didn’t have to worry about dragging our bags through the busy streets. It was such a great first impression and really set the tone for the rest of our stay.
The hotel itself was lovely, with clean rooms, friendly staff, and a relaxed atmosphere. We would absolutely stay here again — and now we’ll definitely be telling others to look out for that port-side welcome!"

"The lock didn't work properly; I couldn't get in right away. The bedding was clean, but the mattress was good. The shower was poorly designed; when I entered the bathroom, everything was wet from the previous user."

"They explained everything to me in English that was easy for Japanese people to understand.
The reception and men's dorm were on the first floor, and the shared space and women's dorm were on the second floor.
The only downsides were that the shower and bathroom were in the same building and you could hear music from a nearby bar until after 3am.
But I'd definitely stay here again if I go to Phi Phi Island again."

"First of all , I love the hotel concept as heart , good location,free refill water whole stay. When I check in the staff inform me the hotel renovating from 8Am may disturb my stay but for me is okay to stay . But the room that I got is like the picture , while I open the room smell of mold ,well I understand renovating may be like this but , the twin beds show exactly different of the color , the bottle of handwashing shower gel or shampoo seem weird, the wall painting was pill . I wish and hope it will not happen like this with any of the customer who spent the money for the hotel ."

The room was clean, had a new TV, and had strong hot water.
The bed in the room I was in seemed broken, making a creaking sound when I moved.
There was a loud noise during the day from something being dragged around, causing the windows to shake and vibrate throughout the room.
The room wasn't soundproof, and I could hear people in the next room talking and opening doors.
In the middle of the night, I could hear construction workers grinding metal all night.
I couldn't sleep for two nights, and it's not suitable for those with difficulty sleeping.

GGuest UserSmall private rooms, everything is within a walking distance on Phi Phi so everything was nearby. This accomodation is out of the way to the east which makes it slightly quieter from the party noise (although expect to hear some noise). We were however woken up a lot by the staff in the morning preparing food, cleaning etc. Wasn’t the comfiest bed nor the cleanest but it was an overall good stay and had everything we needed.

JJazzC_XOThis was a really cute bungalow on the beach, which added to our experience of staying on Phi Phi. However, the bed was rock hard and the air con kept switching itself off in the night so we kept waking up sweating! The light from it was also really bright so I had to wear an eye mask to sleep. You can also hear the whole island from your hut, and a lot of the Thai residents were working at night nearby, so it was very noisy and required ear plugs! There were lots of little bugs in the woodwork mainly, the shower wasn’t great and got the bathroom very wet. Also, any trips or taxi boats were quite expensive from the woman at reception, we managed to get a 4hr private long tail for 2300baht total. A lot of these things were to be expected, and isn’t too much of a complaint against the resort itself, but something for you to bear in mind when choosing to stay here.

The rooms are clean, the beds are very comfortable, and the air-conditioning is perfect, I slept so well. Most importantly, the staff are friendly, always smiling, and very helpful. It truly feels warm and welcoming, just like being at home. I also love the activities the hostel organizes for guests to connect with each other, I got to meet new friends from all around the world. Honestly, I’m very impressed and highly recommend this place. If you come here, you definitely have to stay!”

The pool closes early, but such rules are on the whole island ((in the bungalow we were on the 2nd floor above the pool, there is no Internet, this is a big problem (But the hotel is clean. GGuest UserWas nice being located rightb in the center but in the same time this brought a lot of noise in the night, i was hearing music and people till late in the night soo sometimes was a bit difficult to fell asleep. The room looks nice, air con is life saver. We encountered problems with the electricity in our room, it was stopping and starting again and again stopping so it was really annoying. The owner gave us the room next to us for the second night and there we had problems with the air con as we couldn’t stop it unless we disconnected the key and shot down the electricity.
Oh, and there are stairs to get to the rooms, for people who don’t want this.
