Wonderful cabin located just outside of Paradise, Utah 15 minutes to Logan, Utah and 5 minutes to Hyrum Dam. The cabin has two stories. The main level has a great room with leather couches, fully stocked kitchen, half bath, TV with satellite dish, board games, wood burning fire place, air conditioning, large deck with gorgeous views of pond on property and the Little Bear River Bottoms. Basement level has gas stove, electric heat, two bedrooms, both with very comfortable queen beds, and a full bath. Walking outside you will find a patio with a Weber grill and flat top grill for cooking, a large fire pit, a large lawn area for games including volleyball. There is a one-acre pond for fishing, but no swimming or kayaking. Access is down a gravel road. We recommend 4-wheel or all-wheel drive high-clearance vehicles. The cabin sleeps 4 in two queen beds, but has two long leather couches and a leather love seat couch (extra bedding as well) on the main floor where others could sleep and tents are allowed. 2025 Upgrade: We installed a new water system at the cabin. The kitchen sink now has an osmosis filter and the entire cabin has a new filtration system.
