Outside has a spacious screened in porch and then another deck that is not covered so you can enjoy the weather. Downstairs has one large room with two full beds and one small full bath. (No central heat downstairs. Ran off window unit). Outside is a large gas fire pit and cooking area with a TV mounted on the wall. Outdoor shower. Large driveway that will allow parking for 8 vehicles. We are about a 5 minute walk from the beach and one mile from the fishing pier. There is a walking path that is accessible from the house for walking and riding bikes.
