"Older hotel, but great prices (especially for room with two queen beds) fairly clean and updated rooms. Breakfast is simple, but ok. No eggs waffles sausage or bacon. Friendly front desk. Drive up to your rooms. Curtains in bedroom do not reach the floor, and unfortunately well lit parking lots mean it never gets fully dark in bedroom. Overall well worth it if you’re looking for a bargain price hotel without lots of frills."

"We were in Florence taking care of our grandson while his Mom and Dad were at the hospital.  His Mom gave birth to our second grandson and she wanted her toddler close by.   The hotel was conveniently located and it had everything that we needed and the price was not outrageous. We enjoyed our stay and we would definitely stay there again."

"The lady at check in was so nice and helpful! The hotel itself is another story. Wyndham hotels has always been a great well known name in hotels. That is why I chose this hotel. I was 100% disappointed in the room and the hotel itself! Nasty!! From the elevator to our room!! Nasty! I will not do that mistake again! Look closely at all pics! I was sooo disappointed! We slept on top of the bed spread because of how nasty it looked! We were so tired or tire otherwise would have driven back home! The furniture was so ragged and dirty and the air conditioner was barely working and the cigarette butt holder was right in front of our door so that is where everyone came to smoke and of course when we open the door the smoke came right in the room! The hotel was dirty and the floors and the carpet in the elevator and I could go on and on but it was that bad! The hair dryer had lipstick that looked like had melted on it and the only clean thing was the shower and it was new. We also had to ask for a remote to the tv. The people who worked up front were awesome and we totally appreciated that!!! Please take and invest in upgrading and cleaning this place up!! 🙂 "

"I spent one night here as I was having some warranty work done on my truck in Florence. As a frequent traveler once I arrive at a property the first think I will take notice of is the property grounds and maintenance. The hotel grounds didn't have any trash on the ground and was very well policed up and nicely kept. So many times, you'll pull up and you'll see trash on the ground, cigarette butts on the ground and trash cans that haven't been emptied, not here. The hotel is located with many other chain hotels in a really nice and safe area. Rooms are clean, well maintained and are the standard hotel rooms. The staff I encountered were nice and helpful. This hotel was the better option concerning price as the others I looked at were way more expensive."
