There is plenty of access with well marked parking areas. One third of the Area is agriculture (corn and beans), one third is woods and one third is reverting prairie. There is plenty of parking. Back up on the gravel drive and hang your field dressed deer right from the bed of your truck. On the back deck is an outdoor work table with running water to process your game. We can provide maps and ODNR Hunting Regulations booklets. Hunters can also find rabbit, turkey, quail, pheasant and dove in the area. However, the best dove hunting is found at the Fallsville Wildlife Area, 15 miles from the rental. Paint Creek State Park’s Archery Range is about 20 miles from the rental and not far from there are two Archery Stores.FISHING ENTHUSIASTS have TWO Ohio State Park Lakes to choose from, less than 15 miles from the rental. There is plenty of parking. Outback is a fish cleaning station. Check out the Fishing Tournament Schedules for Rocky Fork Lake and Paint Creek Lake.
