"A real hotel, the room rate is 175 USD, the accommodation is similar to the 7 Days Inn in China. Although the surrounding environment is quiet and clean. But the room is 10 square meters, the bathroom is 2 square meters, and only bath towels, hand towels and soap, shampoo, toilet paper, hair dryer, password box are provided. There are tea and coffee, but I had diarrhea after drinking them, probably because they are expired. The hotel does not even have bottled water, because Australian water is directly drinkable. "This is a very nice old building, with decent rooms quite convenient to UNSW and Coogee Beach, so there is good hiking and swimming in the immediate neighbourhood. The staff is really fantastic, so kudos on that front for sure. The major issue was with the wifi, which was only available in the lobby -- but the lobby becomes a very popular bar in the afternoon, so working down there is not really possible due to the noise. Making sure the rooms have a good connection would go a long way!"
