"A charming little hotel. Rooms are extremely small but there is enough space to swing the proverbial cat, just!😂 It felt as though the beautiful spacious old building had packed in as many rooms as possible, to maximise profit. Coffee and tea facilities were provided in the room and although the bathroom was shared with 3/4 other rooms I never had to wait to use it for a shower in the morning. My room had its own sink, which I found to be a useful touch. There were basic kitchen facilities and a laundry hidden away in the bowels of the building. I found Randwick to have everything you need and is easily connected to the city centre by tram line 1. Sydney's accommodation is incredibly expensive for what you get. I felt that this hotel did offer quite good value for money and for a night or two I would stay here again."

"The room was on the first floor in the backyard, which was relatively quiet, but it was still damp on the first floor. I noted on Ctrip that I didn't want the first floor (*useless). They asked for a 10 am check-out, but the cleaning staff came knocking at 9:30 am, which is ridiculous."

"Pros: The hotel is a two-story building with a quiet environment, neat interior layout, and close to the University of New South Wales. Cons: Limited by the overall size of the hotel, the bathroom is very small, the room is not big, and the floor of the room is a bit loose."

"The courtyard house is quite quiet and very close to UNSW. There's a light rail line, pharmacies, and shopping malls nearby, making it convenient for both daily life and transportation. The only drawback is that the bathroom vanity is too small, which might be a bit restrictive for taller people."

"It's more like a homestay, with complete facilities. The service attitude of the old man at the front desk is quite good. There is a large lawn in front, and the environment is very good and comfortable. However, there are no slippers provided, so guests need to prepare them themselves."
