"Lovely hotel with everything you need and the staff were friendly and accommodating. I would definitely recommend this hotel. The only downside is that it is on a busy and loud strip, so there is constant noise, especially if you open the window. But other than that, it’s a great hotel."

The room was clean, tidy, and odor-free, with comfortable bedding and good soundproofing. The Wi-Fi was fast, and there's a free hot water dispenser at the front desk. Plus, it even has a street-facing balcony!"

"The hotel boasts an excellent location, very close to the train station. It's less than a 5-minute walk; just turn left after exiting the station and cross the road. Upon checking in and arriving at my room, I was surprised to find the door wide open, the windows also wide open, and a trash can sitting on a chair. I went back to the front desk to inquire if the room was still being cleaned. I was told it had already been cleaned, and I was instructed to simply move the trash can myself. Having stayed in numerous hotels both domestically and internationally, this was a first for me. The hotel appears to be newly renovated and is very clean. However, the amenities are quite basic; there's no mini-fridge or electric kettle. Furthermore, the curtains are just a sheer layer, with no blackout option, which definitely affected my sleep."

"We arrived to the hotel at 12, but all locker are fully occupied (i remember only around 10 lockers) and I have to carried the luggage and wait for check in nearby the river (lucky not too far) and there is no air-con in the room but hotel do provide a fan for us but still too hot to sleep with. But the location is very good and hotel provide a free transportation ticket (never used cause we walked)"

"I had a very pleasant stay at ibis Luzern. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and well organized, exactly what you expect from ibis standards. The room was simple but functional, with a comfortable bed and good soundproofing, allowing for a great night’s sleep. The staff were friendly and efficient, making check-in and check-out quick and easy. The location is excellent — close to the train station and within walking distance of the old town, Lake Lucerne, and major attractions. Overall, this hotel is a great choice for travelers looking for good value, convenience, and reliability in Lucerne. I would definitely stay here again."

"Excellent location. Close to Chapel Bridge, Altstadt & the tram-stop to the Main Train Station is less than 5 mins walk from the hotel. Room is amazing. Bed is comfy & warm. Stayed on a higher floor where there's a balcony 😍 Breakfast was the basics, nothing fancy...but spread was good enough to kickstart your day. I'm grateful breakfast came with room. I'll definitely return for a stay when I visit Lucerne again! Highly recommended!👍👍👍"

"We traveled by renting a car in Switzerland We stayed at this accommodation in Lucerne for 2 nights, but the accommodation was very dark and uncomfortable The bathroom was very old-fashioned, and the elevator was narrow and uncomfortable I brought a shower filter and turned on the water, and the color of the filter changed right away. (I've been to many places in Europe, but this is the first time this has happened.) The parking lot was a bit far (3 minutes on foot) and there was no discount on parking. It was a bit expensive However, the location is very good, and I highly recommend it to those who are traveling by train for 1 or 2 nights (the place is very good for the price)"

"As a B&B-style hotel, the family room we booked is more practical, with two bedrooms, a living room and a bathroom with a shower room. In the morning, when everyone has to wash and use the bathroom, the waiting time is really a bit long, which will delay a lot of itinerary arrangements. The check-in process is really not worry-free. There is no convenient password lock to get the key directly, and there is no conspicuous reception guide. After arriving, you can only call the management staff. If you don't speak the language, it will be more troublesome, so you have to find a platform to deal with it. The hotel is hidden in a building in a residential area, mixed with ordinary residents. The surrounding streets are quiet, but if you don't pay attention, you will go to the wrong unit entrance door. It is quite difficult to find it. It would be better if you can put more effort into the check-in guide. However, it is worth praising that the hotel's sanitation is well maintained, the room is clean, the bed is tidy, and the bathroom has no peculiar smell, which makes people feel more at ease. And there is no scary situation of someone knocking on the door in the middle of the night in other reviews, so there is still a sense of security. In general, Galaxy Apartment Hotel has room types suitable for family living and good hygiene and safety guarantees, but there is still a lot of room for improvement in the convenience of check-in."

"The hotel is in a great location, directly facing the lake and mountain views. But there are also many shortcomings: 1) The room is small, and it is a bit difficult to move with two large pieces of luggage; 2) The breakfast is average, and there is not much to choose from. 3) Luggage handling is a problem, because you can't park at the door of the hotel, and the parking garage is across the road, so you have to drag your luggage yourself. There are two steps from the road to the hotel lobby, and there is no elevator. Of course, the beautiful waitress is very enthusiastic and will help with the luggage. The service attitude of the waiter is very good."

"After booking the room, you can enter through the adjacent cafe. You check in yourself using the machine at the entrance, and then activate your room key card (pick it up from the small blue box nearby). The room is on the top floor. It's small but very clean and tidy. There's a large bed, suitable for two people. The bathroom is quite small, only fitting one person at a time. Downstairs, there's a cafe where you can have breakfast. It's suitable for tourists."
