"The hotel is three-star and has an excellent location, within walking distance of the Ruins of St. Paul's. What should have been a pleasant trip was severely impacted by a clogged drain, which really soured my mood. The hotel sent someone to fix it, and they pulled out a large black blockage. I just hope I can take a normal shower tonight!"

"The hotel's location is convenient; I'd highly recommend it if you're staying on the peninsula. It's about a 15-minute walk to the Ruins of St. Paul's. Although the room style is a bit dated, the overall cleanliness is good. The front desk staff are very helpful and you can store your luggage there. Plus, there's a free shuttle bus to the border, which is a great stress-reliever if you're not in a hurry."

The hotel is also conveniently located, and there's a delicious 'Huo Ji' restaurant right outside. The lovely Erica at the front desk helped us check in and out, and Selene, Ying, and Wilson were all incredibly helpful and enthusiastic. A really great experience overall!"

Situated in Taipa, Inn Hotel Macau aims to provide a new experience in its 285 guestrooms to the guests and offers urban glamour with distinctive design, contemporary décor and advanced facilities. Each of our tastefully appointed guestrooms are clean, comfortable and of great value.

"Rayston, i believe his name was, upgraded us from the deluxe room to family suite for free (really nice of him) despite it being the holiday season. The location of the hotel is not only close to the city centre where there are shopping malls and lots of eateries but also a short bus ride away from the Casinos (city of dreams, londoner, etc). There are 24 hour supermarkets very nearby (walkable 3-5 mins) and good eateries too (porridge, seafood, bbq). I would avoid breakfast at the hotel (not up to standard in my opinion) although it is buffet style, unless you are not particular about food and just want to fill your stomach. Other than that, the toilet in the room is a little cramp but other than that, we were very happy with the room for the price paid!"

"The location is excellent, right by the Outer Harbour waterfront, making it perfect for morning strolls. Macau is quite compact, and the Ruins of St. Paul's are just a short walk away. The hotel has a traditional style, but all its facilities are very well-maintained. It was spotlessly clean. The service was incredibly warm, attentive, patient, and polite. A great bonus was that the front desk staff were fluent in standard Mandarin."

ZZhihaowenranThe hotel's style is truly striking; walking into the lobby and rooms, I found myself wondering if the owner is a designer. It's a perfect blend of art and color, feeling like a refreshing and elegant oasis amidst the older buildings in Taipa, often associated with wealthy residents. The service was convenient and thoughtful, and many small details in the room showed a considerate approach. For tourists, the transportation is also extremely convenient.

SShunshierlehmThe room was clean and tidy, and the front desk service was excellent. There was someone to open the door at the main entrance, and they offer a shuttle service to places like the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge. Plus, there's a great restaurant right next door – super convenient! A really clever touch was having two hooks to hang washed underwear, which is fantastic! 👍

__gf406366101004****The sink in the room was leaking, and the shower water pressure couldn't be adjusted to full power, with the faucet below also running simultaneously. There was a smoky smell in the room. Luckily, the front desk staff were very kind and upgraded us to a balcony room, which I appreciate. I hope the logistics and maintenance improve; I'd still like to stay here again next time.

VVHIC DGI super love the hotel's amenities and their rooms. I think I fell in love. I will definitely come back in this brand of hotel. Luxurious yet affordable. Macao hotel are far better than HK. So next time I'll stay longer in macau than hk. The experience was superb! The hotel is located in supermarket, ruins and casino! They have free shuttle service. Very accessible. My only comment are the staff at the bistro during breakfast...they are too loud. Talking infront of the buffet without mask. Their voices are louder more than the hotel guest. Bussing out of plate should be on the side not infront of two people eating... it's rude. Also the utensil and plate in the kitchen seem flying you can hear the sounds and their voices. Its a hotel not some public market. They should act more of an hotelier than market seller.

GGuest UserThis was my first time staying at a Jinjiang Inn hotel. At check-in, I was required to show my immigration slip. The room wasn't spacious, but it was notably clean and hygienic. We booked two twin rooms for one night. The hotel's buffet breakfast costs 40 MOP per person. Nearby, there's a Lai Lai Supermarket and a street lined with pharmacies. The hotel is very close to the Border Gate, making it convenient for public transportation. I particularly liked the key card holder; it thoughtfully featured public transport guidelines on one side and the room's Wi-Fi login details (username and password) on the other. The staff were patient. I would definitely stay here again.

YYikeningmengruantangEnvironment: It's decent, but it's really, really close to Macau Airport. If you're on a layover, it's a great value. I checked in at night, and even though it's very close to the airport, there aren't many night or early morning flights at Macau Airport. With earplugs, I didn't hear any noise at all. Facilities: The hotel is a bit old, and there's a slightly damp smell in the hallway, but the room itself was fine. The room comes with a universal adapter. Service: I thought it was good; just standard, polite service. Everything else was pretty good. Cleanliness: Okay, met standards.

MM57921****Every time I visit Macau, I choose the Yacht Club. It's conveniently located, quiet, and clean. The service is warm and attentive; they proactively asked if I'd prefer a room with a sea view. If I get the chance to come to Macau again, I'll definitely choose to stay here once more. Highly recommended!
