For a special offer room, the amenities far exceeded my expectations! Cleanliness 🧼: The entire room was meticulously cleaned! The floors, surfaces, and bathroom were spotless, with no unpleasant odors at all. The bedding was dry and tidy, making our stay feel very reassuring and comfortable. Ambiance 🌊: The location is absolutely divine! It's very close to Qingdao Railway Station and Zhanqiao Pier. You can easily walk to the seaside to enjoy the views. The hotel itself has a民國 (Republic of China era) retro architectural style, which creates an amazing atmosphere and is perfect for photos. The surrounding area is also very quiet, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. Service 💁: The front desk staff were all incredibly kind and gentle. Check-in and check-out were lightning fast, and they patiently answered all our questions. They even thoughtfully recommended great local restaurants and attractions, making our experience truly exceptional. Choosing this hotel for our trip to Qingdao with my partner was definitely the right decision 🥰! The value for money is outstanding, and we'll definitely book here again on our next visit to Qingdao. "This is the perfect place to stay if you love shopping malls! The transportation is convenient. Exit A2 of Wusi Square Station, turn left, walk for five minutes, and you'll see Yuexi Apartments on your right. The front desk is on the first floor for check-in. Nearby, there's a 7-Eleven and a Luckin Coffee, and a few restaurants further up the street. I'm giving it five stars mainly because the price is acceptable, and the staff at the front desk was friendly and polite. The in-room amenities aren't perfect; I recommend reading other reviews as many people have already pointed out key issues. However, these seem to be building-wide problems (like dimly lit corridors to save energy, slow elevators, etc.). Although the room I stayed in didn't have a stunning view (it wasn't a sea view room and was blocked by the building in front), the bed and pillows were very comfortable for all three nights, and housekeeping cleaned daily. For your first check-in, it's easier to enter from the first floor. Once you have your room card, you can access Yuexi Apartments from the 6th-floor Sky City Garden, which connects directly to MIXC Mall. The in-room washer and dryer are very convenient, and they provide a small packet of laundry detergent daily. The refrigerator is large and cold enough! I suggest adding a plate or two and some utensils to the kitchen, which would make it even more convenient for guests."

This is incredibly convenient for business travelers in a hurry, and even my elderly companion was able to easily operate the system with voice guidance. Entering the guest room brought even more surprises. The room was spacious and bright, impeccably clean, with soft, skin-friendly bedding and blackout curtains that effectively blocked out all outside light. The in-room smart voice assistant responded quickly, allowing me to adjust the lighting, temperature, and curtains with a single command, and switch between sleep and work modes. Combined with high-speed, stable Wi-Fi and a clear smart TV, it was a comfortable place to work or relax. The bathroom featured a well-designed wet and dry separation, ample hot water, and high-quality toiletries, demonstrating meticulous attention to detail. The hotel's service was incredibly welcoming. Despite its advanced technology, the front desk staff were always on duty, proactively helping with luggage, recommending nearby restaurants, and responding quickly to any questions. Breakfast offered a wide selection of Chinese and Western options, with fresh ingredients, authentic flavors, and a clean and comfortable dining environment. Furthermore, the elevators support facial recognition for automatic floor matching, and delivery robots accurately deliver items, providing a safe and efficient contactless service. From check-in to check-out, Fengyue Smart Hotel simplified the process with technology and conveyed warmth through attention to detail. It offers excellent value for money, and I will definitely choose it again for my next trip!"

"This place is great! The staff are all very responsive and have excellent attitudes, always ready to help solve any issues. Their attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and overall demeanor are flawless. What stood out the most was their genuine enthusiasm! Especially the guy at the front desk with glasses and the girl in the blue top with her hair up – they were fantastic! The other young women in black dresses were also super awesome! The location is #1. There’s a whole street of seafood restaurants right downstairs. The Qingdao Yard Seafood downstairs is definitely worth trying; it’s not expensive, has a great atmosphere, and the draft beer is delicious! Dining and relaxation: #1. Transportation: #1, truly well-connected and so convenient! This is definitely a place you won't regret staying at!!! It truly lives up to its top ranking. The service was excellent, except for the delivery robot – there was only one, and it only had one compartment for food, so it got a bit slow when many people ordered takeout. Overall, I was very satisfied; there was no smoke smell, the air conditioning was cool without any odd odors, and the soundproofing was good too 👌"
