"The service was excellent, especially the gentleman with glasses at the front desk – he was super friendly and always happy to help, whether it was checking in, borrowing an umbrella, or getting change for laundry. The hotel's location is great, right near Guohua Street, making it really convenient to walk out for food, and there are old shops nearby too. The room had a smart toilet and comfortable bedding. My only minor gripe was that the window was smaller than I expected and there was no natural light. I'd recommend paying a bit extra for a city view room, as the lighting would be much better. I'd definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip to Tainan."

"The hotel lobby is quite stylish and spacious, and the staff are very friendly. We stayed in a triple room, and the keyless entry (password lock) was convenient for all of us. The room size was good, though the hanging space for clothes was a bit small and inconveniently located above where you'd place cups and bottles. The bathroom was roomy but lacked hooks for clothes. Soundproofing was just average, and the room lighting was a bit dim. A big plus was the modern hairdryer – it dried hair really fast! The self-service drink machine and snack cabinet in the lobby were also a nice touch; although the snacks were a bit sweet, the unlimited access was satisfying."

"The front desk was served by young ladies, all were very courteous and helpful. They did make sure that you had a pleasant stay. As for hardware, the room was basic but clean. The room was bigger in size than what we expected. Toiletry supplies are limited."

"They assigned one of the best rooms I've stayed in in Tainan for my stay at the Hotel. The place was extremely clean and comfy. The room I was assigned was large and chic. Plenty of space and care with the details. The only downside for me was the breakfast, since the rooms gave the impression of a 5-star hotel I was expecting more variety and mostly a fast replenishment, the meat was finished and even though I waited for 30 min no one came to replace it. Another thing to note was the laundry room, the machines were a bit small and outdated But again for the price I paid was an excellant choice and the hotel staff specially through this app seems to care about my experience so therefore I will rate them 10/10 with a little room for improvement. "I stayed here on a weekday and found it to be pretty good value for money. Although check-in isn't until 8 PM, a 12 PM check-out is still convenient. The location is a bit off the beaten path, but there's a Pxmart, Poya, and convenience store nearby, so you don't have to worry about not finding anything to eat. The room was spacious, but the bathtub had a lot of human residue. I didn't notice it at first when filling the tub, but then I looked closely and realized I could easily feel it just by touching it, which was a bit disgusting. Other than that, everything else was actually quite good."

"This hotel is super close to the train station, literally right across the street, which makes getting around incredibly convenient. There's also a bus stop right downstairs, which is great. My only minor complaint is that the soundproofing isn't the best; I could hear people playing mahjong or cards. Still, the fantastic location for getting around definitely makes up for it. I really liked my stay overall."

"Good location close to 國華街 and 西門淺草. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast is included — nothing fancy but sufficient, with daily sunny-side-up eggs. The room is clean and remodeled. The bathroom floor is slightly higher than the room, so we had to be mindful when stepping in to avoid tripping. We stayed on the 7th floor (top), but could still hear some street noise. You can also hear neighboring guests shutting doors or kids running and yelling occasionally. Overall experience is not bad, thanks to the great location and the ultra-friendly front desk staff."
