"I was upgraded to Naluwan Hotel for free. I happened to have booked Naluwan Hotel the next day, so I extended my stay without changing rooms. The hotel has so many facilities and activities that I stayed all day without leaving the house. The hotel also has DIY baked pancakes during breakfast happy hours, which were delicious and fun."

"The location is excellent, just a 3-5 minute walk from the bus stop. Many famous local eateries are nearby, like fried chicken, bubble tea shops, and the rice noodle night market, all within easy reach. This is my fourth stay, and this time I was assigned a room next to the elevator, but thankfully, it didn't bother me. As a light sleeper, I found the bed's firmness just right and comfortable, though the pillow was a bit too soft, and I had to adjust it quite a bit to get comfortable. For my two-night stay, I received a late-night snack voucher on the first day but not on the second (last time I stayed two nights, I got one both days, maybe it was due to a different room rate?). Overall, the space for one person is sufficient. My only real complaint is the bathroom. When brushing my teeth, I had to bend down to avoid hitting the mirror, otherwise, water would splash on the floor. And when showering, I had to be careful not to bump into things when turning around (this wasn't an issue in the twin room I stayed in last time). Despite these minor points, it will still be my top choice when I visit Taitung again."

"Very close to Taitung train station, with a parking lot. The area is quiet, and the facilities are simple and bright. I especially liked the wet/dry separated bathroom and the convenient luggage racks. The full-length mirror was great for getting ready. They offer both Chinese and Western breakfast options; while the selection is a bit limited, it's enough to fill you up. We arranged a half-day bike tour through Taitung Forest Park, and the air quality was fantastic. It was a very pleasant and relaxing experience to sit down, enjoy some snacks, and take in the beautiful scenery. So comfortable!"

But the staff also told me that the child would have to pay extra, which I found strange. The payment was successful online, but when I arrived at the store, it said that I would charge money. If you don't ask clearly, you will really misunderstand the meaning of free accommodation for 0-7 years old, which feels a bit bad. I hope it will be improved. The staff will not charge customers directly if they pre-set that children need extra pillows and towels. It would be better to clearly inform customers that they can choose whether to add extra money or not. But overall, the staff are friendly and responsive. As for small insects, I personally can accept it. The room is considered tidy if there are no small insects. Small insects only appear in the corridors. After all, it is a rural and mountainous area~ In addition, the sound insulation is not very good. You can still clearly hear the next door chatting until 3 in the morning. The room has basically all the equipment except for the refrigerator (it is clearly stated on the booking website that it is available 😂), but the impact is not big."

"The hotel's location is excellent. Plenty of shops are available right outside, and Ah Hong Fried Chicken is just next door. Both the train station and Zhengqi Road Night Market are within easy walking distance. The breakfast selection was quite good, and they offered flexible breakfast hours."
