"The room was clean and tidy, with a smart toilet in the bathroom that flushed easily. The shower had great water pressure and heated up quickly. However, the TV picture quality was poor and blurry, which affected my World Cup viewing experience.
The location is excellent, about a 10-minute walk from the Grand Bazaar. The Unity Theater is nearby, and there was a show playing at the time. It's also very close to the subway station.
It's situated on a Uyghur cultural street, with many food options to choose from."

"The location is good because it is not far from the expressway, and there are both slow and fast EV charges available at the hotel, the check-in process was not as smooth as other hotels as per my experience, they did not add the Wechat in advance which led to slower communication. The amenities were not good because we booked a room for three, but they only included items for two people, even after requesting for extra drinking water, we only got two more bottles, the washroom was not completely clean because we found strands of hair and the drain was not completely unclogged, it is still value for money based on the price I paid."

"This stay at the Jianzhi Hotel in Urumqi was such a pleasant surprise, it absolutely deserves a five-star rating! The location is incredibly convenient, right next to Nanmen Metro Station. Across the street is Wanyancheng, and you can walk to the famous Xiaohe Prince restaurant in just two or three minutes. The Grand Bazaar is only a 10-15 minute walk away, making it super easy to explore, eat, and buy souvenirs. Getting to other city attractions or catching transport for your return journey is also a breeze. The room itself had a simple, clean, and refreshing style. It was spotlessly clean, and the bedding was super soft and comfortable, ensuring a really good night's sleep. The rooms are spacious and bright, with a modern and minimalist style. The bedding is soft and comfortable, and the pillows are the perfect height, ensuring a good night's sleep every night. The room cleanliness is impeccable; the floors, beds, and bathroom were all spotless, even the corners were meticulously cleaned, giving me a sense of peace and security. In terms of service, the hotel staff were warm and attentive, and every step from check-in to check-out was efficient and smooth. Melvin N.We had a very nice stay. We came from Kazachstan and arrived early in the morning but we could check in early. The ladies at the reception were so friendly and helpful with everything! We could even enjoy breakfast at the day we arrived and they gave us a breakfast box on the day we left because we left very early in the morning. They also helped us with a taxi to the museum and some apps we have to use in China. The room was also nice with very comfortable beds and a nice shower. Thank you for the very nice stay and the warm welcome to China! :)

This stay was truly exceptional! The hotel was clean and tidy, with a cozy and comfortable decor. The room had great natural light and soundproofing, and the bedding was so soft, I slept incredibly well. Guest UserStaying because I am transit at the airport. Free shuttle service at all hours is very useful and the driver (a young man) was very nice. We are very grateful to him picking us up at 6am and dropping us off at 5am the next day.
Rooms are fine, especially for the price. Cleanliness could be a bit better given some loose hairs from previous occupants but like generally passable.
Breakfast was simple but nice. The old couple running the breakfast downstairs, again, we some super nice people. Really caring and I’d say well above my expectation.
In general, at the price, I would say it is worth it if you need a place near the airport.

This hotel is super close to the airport and offers a shuttle service, which is a huge plus. The environment is also quite nice, and the fact that you can get a late checkout at 4 PM, even if it's raining, is incredibly thoughtful! This means you don't have to rush from the city early in the morning for an early flight the next day. All you have to do is let the front desk know your desired shuttle time for the next day when you check in, and the hotel will take care of the arrangements. It's really excellent! For older guests, this service is particularly reassuring. There's also a night market nearby, with tasty baked buns for 3 yuan each, and places to buy fruit.

When checking in, the front desk staff was enthusiastic and professional. Not only did they help us with the formalities quickly, they also thoughtfully upgraded the room type and gave us a little surprise. The room is clean and bright, and the decoration is warm and elegant. The bedding is soft and comfortable, the mattress is moderately firm and soft, and I had a great sleep all night. The room is very spacious, and we can put our luggage there without feeling crowded. There is also a comfortable sofa area, where we chat and eat snacks at night, which is super cozy.
The bathroom has a good dry and wet separation, and the toiletries are of high quality and very comfortable to use. The hotel's sound insulation is also good. It is very quiet at night and will not be disturbed by the outside world at all.
It is very convenient to eat and shop around, and you can find all kinds of delicious food within a few steps. It is also close to the subway station, making travel easy and convenient to various attractions. This time the accommodation experience at Xiyue Hotel was great. Both the service and the environment were far beyond my expectations. I will definitely choose this hotel next time I travel!

Service: Excellent service, especially from the front desk staff, Xiaobei and Xiaoli. They were exceptionally good. We arrived at midnight and were initially assigned a room with a first-floor locker, as our family is averse to such matters. After explaining the reason to the front desk staff, they moved us. They were very welcoming and understanding, not at all impatient or bothering us. The hotel facilities were very comfortable, the bed was comfy, the breakfast was delicious, and they even offer a self-service car wash. I'll definitely be back in Urumqi again. Thank you again to the two beautiful front desk staff, Xiaobei and Li.
Environment: Nice, quiet, and spacious environment.

The bathroom didn't have a separate wet and dry area, so you had to remember to take the toilet paper out before showering. Other than that, everything was great. Guest UserLocation: 1 2 km walking distance to the international grand bazaar and the Erdiqiao metro station. But there are many restaurants and shopping malls nearby. You can also take the public bus no. 63 to get to the bazaar for 1 Yuan.
Amenities: There is a laundry room on level 3 with free detergent but no dryer. If the room is closed, ask help from housekeeping. They dont provide tea bags in room which is weird for China. And no free disposable shaving blade nor tissue except for toilet rolls.
Service: this hotel is always full of wedding functions and many guests from other Central Asian countries. The reception is under-maned. So, they will keep your passports for registration which is not correct practice. We insisted that they took photos of our documents instead of keeping them. No other hotel in Xinjiang practices keeping passports, only this hotel.
Other points: there is a police station in front. A convenience store and small supermarket right near the entrance. This hotel has 4 floors.
