"Took us some time to understand how things function in the room, but we finally got it. We missed the AC most. Although the city is at almost 2300 m alttitude, it can get hot in the summer and there's only a narrow window in the room. Too little to cool it over the night. No fridge means no cold drinks either. And also the shower nozzle is not fully functional. Water is fighting its way out of that 😵 But there is a nice lobby and also the room looks good. We did get a surprise snack around 10.00 pm. All put together I would say 'Better try one of the other hotels in the neighbourhood.'"

"The hotel room and its bathroom are very large spacious and they would meet four star hotel standard if they were kept clean and well maintained. But the carpet throughout the hotel needs to be changed and only one (and two later) out of four elevators was (were) working that caused big problems when all room were occupied. Guest reported the problem to the local police and a second elevator started to work one day later. Overall a great asset but very poor managed."

"The room was spotless and very clean, with new facilities and a great wet/dry bathroom separation. The sink was a really nice touch! The location is excellent and super convenient, right in the heart of Xining, very close to Wangfujing Department Store. There are tons of great food options and shopping plazas nearby. What really stood out was the warm, attentive, and thorough service; they cleaned the room daily. Plus, the airport shuttle is right across the street, which was incredibly relaxing – no need to lug my suitcase around!"

"The hotel is in a very convenient downtown location, and the front desk staff are excellent! Plus, there's free parking and a good breakfast. The only downside is that with several hotels sharing the same elevators, there's often a long wait. Overall, I'm very satisfied!"

"Very nice, comfortable and clean place to stay. Close to stores, cafes and restaurants. Not far from the trainstation and easy to haul a taxi. Great rooms with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Nice area to sit near reception with very tasteful free tea. As they couldn't make me a bubble tea on the spot the receptionist offered to order take away and ended up offering it to me as a welcome gift to China🙏"

"Facilities: The facilities are complete, parking is convenient, and it's close to major business districts and a night market food street, which is super convenient. Hygiene: The hygiene is also good, no strange smells nearby. Environment: I was really disappointed with the soundproofing in room 1320; it's practically non-existent. I could hear every conversation from upstairs clearly. I don't know about the other rooms."

"I was extremely impressed with the room. The way it is designed has been very well thought out and it looks as lovely as it is comfortable! The suite had everything we needed including the lovely large bath tub and shower. I loved the space and it would have been ideal for two or three nights in the place. Unfortunately we only stayed for one. It is located near food markets and restaurants and is very close to the train station. The hotel reception was very professional and extremely helpful, they also arranged a car to take us to the train station. The breakfast is standard Chinese style breakfast, I thought it was good and filling, and they offer variety of coffee options with their machine, as well as tea. This hotel is very well organized and designed! I would definitely stay here again if I return to Xining!"
