This dapper villa was built in 1989 and has been carefully renovated in 2016. During hot summer days, you can refresh yourself in the 5mx 3m private chlorine pool with a depth of 1.3m. The pool is surrounded by a mediterranean garden with different plants, Buddha-Statues and trees, a heavenly place for making a barbecue, having a glass of wine on the terrace, taking a nap on the sofa or getting tanned on one of the two loungers. The plot is fenced and there are no direct neighbors. Once inside you will be surprised by the special style and care with which this house has been renovated. The living room with large sofa invites you to watch TV (satellite, but only German and Spanish channels) or to light a fire in the wood-burning cooker on autumn evenings. The kitchen and dining area are open to the living room, including a vitro-ceramic cooker and all the necessary utensils to prepare your favourite dishes. There is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board. The bedroom with double bed is furnished in a warm rustic style, offering air conditioning, wardrobe and access to the terrace. The outdoor areas are wonderful, including a large 12 x 5 m chlorine swimming pool with a depth of 1-2 m and 4 sun loungers, our guests' favourite place for sunbathing. A wonderful porch and a fully furnished terrace invite you to enjoy unforgettable evenings with your family. Perhaps you would like to enjoy a delicious barbecue after a long day at the pool? The property is fenced and there are some neighbours nearby. The house is approximately 135 m² on one floor and has 3 bedrooms with wardrobes, one with a double bed and the other two with two single beds and air conditioning. For our younger guests, we can provide a cot and a high chair. There are two bathrooms with showers. The living-dining room, with a special character thanks to its stone wall, is very cosy and has two sofas, satellite TV and air conditioning. A second separate dining room with a large table for 8 people also has a sofa and A/C. The separate gas kitchen has all the necessary utensils for cooking your favourite dishes. The exteriors of this country house are astonishing. In addition to a majestic construction, the true wonder is the private salt pool, 7 x 3 m and 1 to 1.7 m depth, where to cool off after sunbathing. Then, the terrace invites you to make delicious barbecues and spend the afternoon chatting and admiring the views. The house is distributed into two floors. From the terrace, you access to a beautiful glazed living-dining room, perfect to admire also here the amazing views while eating or relaxing. Immediately after, you gain access to the traditional style kitchen, equipped with gas hob, open to the living room where you can watch satellite TV or listen to music. This stay also has air conditioning and chimney. The laundry provides you with washing machine, iron and ironing board.
