"We stayed in a sea-view room, and the view from the window was absolutely stunning. The beach was fantastic, and with the hotel being just 20 meters away, it was incredibly convenient to pop back to our room for a shower and change after spending time in the water. However, it was indeed a bit noisy. The hotel is situated right on a commercial street with plenty of eateries and shops, and we could hear drunk people shouting loudly at night. Overall, despite the noise, it was a positive experience!"

"It's a very good hotel. The decor is quite cool. I like the layout. And the staff are very friendly. There's transportation near the hotel. Very clean. We had one of the available rooms, which was very good, but there's one thing to be aware of. Perhaps for convenience and practicality, there are no barriers in the shower, the drain isn't very easy to use, and water tends to accumulate; in fact, there are some hazards. But despite all that, I love this hotel!"

"Breakfast was very varied, fresh and delicious. There was even salmon on Sundays.
The rooms were also clean and tidy. The towels were even changed, although you didn't ask them to (by putting them on the floor), which they also indicate on a sign on the table (for the sake of the environment).
The location to Ballermann is of course not so good, it's a long walk and the hotel is ”uphill”.
What really bothered us about the ”service” was that the security simply came into the room in the middle of the day. We were in the bathroom, lightly dressed, and he was walking around the room with the door wide open and then we looked and asked him to come out and pushed the door shut, he refused and held it with a lot of force. We weren't given a reason why he was in there. We complained to reception but they just accepted it and wanted to make a note of it. They didn't even meet your needs or anything. A really cheeky move. 😐
Otherwise you can't complain. There is always a lifeguard at the pool and it is also a nice pool area."

"I was very friendly received at my arrival and the staff were always helpful and premature during my stay. The room was very clean and clean, but the establishment has come somewhat in the years – a renovation or at least the exchange of individual furniture would be desirable. The electricity supply worked only after a few trials reliable. Unfortunately, I could not take the dinner and morning meals, but in the morning, alternatives were friendly offered. "Didn’t go for the food package so would have been nice to have some sort of tea and coffee making facilities and possibly a small fridge already in the room. I did notice a poster at reception for a fridge with €40. Not sure if this is a deposit or a charge.
Location is good with access to both EMT and TIB busses, EMT is cash only and TIB allows you to tap on and off with a regular bank card.
Prepare for your bathroom to become a slippy wet room, as the cleaners never replace wet towels or floor mats. The shower quickly overflows. Also to fit on the toilet the right way you’d have to be 4”2 so you have to sit on it sideways as the wall is right in front of it."

"The fact that the stay was very good. Most beautiful rural hotel. Things to emphasize, check in at trip.com said it was beginning at 12am and when we went 13.30hs we said no, it was from 15hs. The hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable. They also charge a fee of €6,8 when you retire (ECOTASA) which was not specified anywhere and they don't tell you when checking in. And finally, although the room was large and comfortable, it does not match the photos of the publications. In conclusion, it has been a good experience, I recommend it very much. But I don't want to let that things happen that bothered us a little."

"Overall it is a good hotel! Fresh repair, clean, beautiful. Cleaning every day.
On food: There was a normal variety at dinners, but here on breakfast was scarce, almost repeated.
Number: The idea with semi-transparent and unclosed doors to the shower and toilet is very unsuccessful. Do not wash, do not go to the toilet quietly. Availability of a balcony plus.
Still in the hotel was always very cold, the condei strongly dusted, to eat in the koffets))
At the time of the arrival we paid some horse tax - 27 euros. For the first time I see such a tourist tax of 10% of the amount."

AAnonymous UserIs seemed to be a good value for money. You have general cleanliness, relative closeness to the beach, decent selection of food, nice personnel.
Fantastic view from the rooftop bar.
The way from the beach back to the hotel is upwards with a staircase involved, so might not suit everyone.
The food is tasty, the amount of alcohol allowed (3 glasses of wine or beer at lunch and dinner) is enough.
Would recommend this hotel.
