"Came here with a friend and overall had a good experience. The staff were very friendly. However, the location was a bit hard to find. Even though it's right next to the train station, it's not very obvious. We couldn't find it at first. Later, when we ordered food delivery, the delivery person circled downstairs for over ten minutes trying to find it, and I eventually had to go out in the rain to meet him 😂 The room was quite small, like a renovated budget hotel, but it had all the necessary amenities. For the price, I was generally quite satisfied. Our window faced the train tracks, but it wasn't too noisy."

"Located in the middle of the city centre close to castle and local attractions. Unfortunately room backed into a night club which played music till 4am. If you are a light sleeper this could be an issue. Other then that lovely place."

"It’s about a 10-minute walk from Cardiff Station to the hotel. The location is very convenient. However, there is no parking available, so it may be inconvenient for those traveling by car. I think it’s fine if you just need a place to sleep. Please note that it is not the kind of hotel you would expect from Novotel or Ibis. The room was spacious and comfortable. There was a window, but it could not be opened. The room had a hairdryer and a safe, but no refrigerator. カーディフ駅からホテルへ徒歩10分ほどで到着できます。 立地はとても良いです。 しかし駐車場は無く、車で移動される方には不便だとおもいます。 ただ寝泊まりする分には良いと思います。 ノボテルやイビスのようなホテルでは無いのでご注意ください。 部屋は広く、快適に過ごせました。 窓はありますが開閉ができないタイプのものでした。 ドライヤーや金庫はありますが冷蔵庫はありません。"

"Last minute decision to stay over in Cardiff and this is in an ideal location and reasonable price. Staff at reception/bar couldn't have been more helpful when I struggled with the check in units! Room was fine, quiet & with everything I needed. Sunday night but restaurant was still open so had lovely meal there & breakfast the next morning always a cracker. Note their deal if you're having both by the way."

"This new hotel is very clean and perfect location except the door lock is not working properly.  It is not perfectly fit and the room except to pull harder to lock it.  Besides, the room has no telephone which causes inconvenience if you need help. I spent an hour to keep going down to look for help several times.  I suggest the hotel could leave a note of the front desk phone.number for the clients convenience 🙏🙏"

"All in all, a good place to stay in Cardiff. First up, the location is prime - near to many food places and the castle. Very nice place to walk around, plenty of bars, plenty of restaurants and cafes. The room itself was lovely and indeed cozy, it does feel like home having a small kitchenette that has all the basic things - microwave, dishwasher, pots and plates, utensils etc. Washing machine that has both clean and dry feature is available so you could do your laundry. Cleanliness was okay, not the best I have seen, but it isn't like unacceptably dirty unless you are an OCD and expect a spotless area with not even a strand of feather left. This place could have potentially gotten my 100% excellence rate stars if the last night being there didn't spook me out. The stay was decent and very enjoyable until the last night at 1 midnight, the service phone in the room rang for no reason - a good 30s probably. I did not answer of course, but I immediately dropped a message to the support team to ask if they were trying to reach me (I couldn't find any reason if they would though). Support team was good before the stay that they tend to my queries quite promptly, but failed to reply me on my query on that spooky room call that I had in the middle of the night out of no where.  I haven't gotten any explanation or a good answer for what had happened but I definitely had a terrible sleep that night and can't wait to check out the next morning. "
