It's less than ten minutes' walk from the lake, much closer than the train station. There are small supermarkets and restaurants near the hotel, which is more convenient. "The property and the ambience is lovely. The view from the restaurant garden is very pleasant and beautiful. The room size, bathroom size and amenities were good. We faced 1 major problem to be precise which made us a bit sore. Cleanliness - the room was clean except for the carpet. It didn’t feel like it was vacuumed. There was probably a pet staying in that room before us and there was a lot of hair on the carpet. I understand it is a pet friendly property and I have absolutely no problem with that. But cleaning the room properly before the next checkin is a basic expectation. We couldn’t step on the floor without our feet being covered with hair. Apart from that, everything else was very good. Breakfast was also good and the customer service was very polite and hospitable as well."
