"Room was super spacious, which is hard to find in Japan. It was a suite with the living room added with 2 extra bed. A little kitchenette. 2 WC and a shower/bath tub. Location is close to Blue tram, Chuden-Mae stop. 10mins walk to shopping street and Atomic Peace Dome. Stayed for one night."

"The hotel staff was very friendly and always ready to help when you enter the hotel. They also understands English when my Japanese fails me haha.
They have a coffee machine that one can use once a day behind the staircase.
They also have breakfast in buffet style only for Ā„500. I find it quite delicious, you can purchase the ticket at the counter. You have buy in advance as it might run out.
The location is very convenient its less than 5 minutes walk to the closest tram station. It is also close the atomic bomb museum. You can also borrow mama chari(bicycle) from the hotel for up to 4 hours. It is convenient for getting food or go to the peace park.
They have sleepwear and amenities you can take opposite the front desk."

"The location of the hotel is along a main street. It's just 15 minutes away from the Atomic Bomb Dome on foot. On the way there one can pass by the main shopping street. It's also just 1 minute away from the tram station to Hiroshima Station, which is 10 minutes away by tram or 30 minutes on foot. The hotel is clean and it provides breakfast, basically bread and coffee but that's already good enough given the price paid for the accommocation."

"Great room. It was clean and cozy. The staff were polite and friendly. Free coffee from a machine is available at the front desk. A 7-Eleven is conveniently located right next door. The room doesn't have wardrobes or much space for large suitcases, but it's perfectly fine for travelers with smaller luggage. The hotel offers two washing machines and two dryers; however, expect queues in the evenings, so doing laundry in the morning or afternoon is recommended. Overall, I have wonderful memories of my stay."

"The hotel is so close with the tram (so called streetcar in Hiroshima). So if uāre tired of walking u can take the tram anywhere.
But for the cleanliness, itās clean but i found out hair in the bathtub, thatās fine. Just hope they can be more precise on cleaning the room.
Room is comfy, the staffs are so friendly. The breakfast is good. Would like to be back to this city and stay at the hotel."

First of all, location is first thing I am looking for. The hotel is Ā joust few minutes away from Hiroshima Shinkansen exit. Staff was so helpful and help us everything we asked. Even provide superglue for me to fix my sunglasses. Beautiful room, small but still some space for our backpacks. Ā It is a perfect stay

GGuest UserThe room was very spacious. I've stayed in many apartments before, but this one had a lot of pleasant surprises. Besides the usual amenities, there was an oven, and the kitchen even came with cooking oil and salt! All I needed to buy was groceries for simple cooking! There was drip coffee available too! The room was big enough, the air conditioning was strong, and the bathroom was clean! I'll definitely choose this place again if I come back to Hiroshima!

JJan LowHotel is not big. Room is not big but it is fully equipped. Room looks new n is very clean. Housekeeping though is every 4 days but they provide clean towels n trash bag in plastic bag n hang it at room door. All staff from parking staff, front desk n kitchen staff were all very friendly. English is adequately understood. Mechanical lift car park service is provided by hotel at Ā„1000 per day. It was quite nervous to manoeuvre the car into the tight spaced garage. 2nd night, car was mechanically park incorrectly. This part was rather troublesome as the hotel had to call the car lift company to fix the error. Other parking areas nearby available too. Free breakfast at lobby is various types of onigiri, miso soup n 1 more soup (french onion/ mushroom). Location is perfect, short walk to so many restaurants, departmental store, supermarket, convenient stores. First time tried this hotel n itās really good. Will come back/ will try out their hotels in other cities as well.

EEterNaL_The Washington hotel in Hiroshima is positionally one of the best hotels that I had the pleasure of staying at as it is located directly beside a PARCO and a Don Quijote. In addition to that, directly opposite of the hotel is a Familymart convenience store and there is also a Sukiya positioned behind the hotel.
The hotel is also located roughly 15-20 minutes away from Hiroshima station ( by streetcar) and roughly 10 minutes away is a round one stadium.
The hotelās staff were helpful and accomodating and when my friend and I encountered an error with the check in counter, one of the staff dropped what they were doing just to manually check us in. We would recommend this hotel for those who wish to have great convenience at their fingertips along with a very comfortable stay in Hiroshima

AAnonymous UserThe location is excellent, right in the city center. I specifically chose this hotel to avoid staying near Hiroshima Station. It's very convenient to reach from Hiroshima Station by both tram and bus. If you're using a travel pass for Miyajima, it's also quite easy to get to Miyajimaguchi Station from here with a transfer, and the journey through Hiroshima offers some nice views. Although there's a ferry terminal nearby that goes to Miyajima, the 2000 JPY fare felt too expensive for a budget-conscious trip. Peace Memorial Park is directly opposite, so you can easily take an early morning stroll to immerse yourself in the history. The hotel's surroundings are very quiet, and the room itself was clean. While the soundproofing was only average, it didn't disturb my sleep as it wasn't particularly noisy at night. Self check-in was hassle-free, and not having breakfast wasn't an issue since there are several convenience stores nearby. Having a microwave in the room was also a big plus for me.

LlkjidmThis was my second stay at a Livemax hotel, and it was excellent once again! This time, I chose the branch located in Funairi-machi.
The location is superb, conveniently close to both Funairi-machi Station (Line 6) and Komachi Station (Line 2). The surrounding area offers plenty of dining options, parks, beautiful river views, and even drugstores.
The service was good, and the facilities were comprehensive. I especially appreciated the large TV, which made for a very comfortable viewing experience.
The only minor drawback was that the duvet had a somewhat strange texture and wasn't as comfortable as I'd hoped. Aside from that, there's absolutely nothing to complain about. It's truly an unbeatable choice for anyone visiting Hiroshima!

The only qualm I have is the lack of free coffee or water 24/7, but that's a small issue. Great service, cleanliness, rooms and a good breakfast/dinner.

Toilets and shower were very clean.
All in all a nice hostel to stay for 1 or two nights. For a longer stay I would recommend a different one because the beds werenāt that comfortable:))

SSarah H.Location ok, near the tramway, but not the nicest street. The room is very hot, uncomfortable and tiny. And itās not exactly 2 beds. Thereās one double bed and then thereās a very high and uncomfortable stepladder to reach a mattress that is very close to the ceiling. The staff doesnāt speak any English and we had to use Google translation with everyone. We were given the wrong room at first and waited 40 minutes to check-in. The woman didnāt know we had already paid for the room. Then the next day, we asked to leave our luggage before taking the train which they agreed to. And when we returned to gather them, they said they would charge us for this service as we were away for more than an hour. The staff wasnāt very cooperative or nice and wouldnāt let us leave. There is no sign or explanation anywhere about the fact that leaving your luggage is not free. Itās not written anywhere.
