There is a tram stop opposite the hotel, which allows you to get to any part of the city and Hiroshima station is not very far away. The stay was comfortable, we liked everything."

"The location is perfect, just 5 min walk from Hiroshima Station and 1 min walk to local train. It is surrounded by the shops and restaurants. One thing I concerned is the air-conditioning system. The air-conditioning in our rooms (3 rooms) was a heater. I try to change it to air-conditioning mode, but the reception said it is controlled by the hotel. If other guests are using heater mode, we cannot change to cool mode at all. Our only solution is opening the window which is much better because the weather outside was so cool, but we have to be disturbed by the traffic and pedestrians noise as the hotel is located alongside the main road. The restaurant downstairs is excellent with tasty food and reasonable price. You can grab a good breakfast and then go explore the city. Family mart is nearby just across the road. This is the convenient one."

"The room was fantastic, especially for families with older children. It allowed kids and parents to have separate rooms, giving the children their own private space for gaming or chatting with friends. Having two bathrooms was also incredibly convenient. The room was very spacious; I had no trouble opening my 29-inch suitcase on the floor. In fact, I was able to open both my 24-inch and 29-inch suitcases simultaneously when organizing my belongings. Also, a useful tip: for China Eastern flights to Hiroshima between July 1st and 31st, you can exchange your flight ticket directly for a bus ticket to Hiroshima Station at the arrival hall. Unfortunately, I only realized this on my return trip when I was already in the departure hall, so I missed out on this convenient opportunity."

"This time I only stayed overnight and did not use the large public bath, breakfast, or happy hour, so I cannot comment on the service, but I was very satisfied with the hotel as it was in a good location and the price was low."

"The hotel was located next to Hiroshima Station, which was very convenient. On the opposite street, there is a Lawson and a 7-Eleven, which was really nice. About the hotel itself, it was clean, well-maintained, and the rooms were spacious enough for two people with two large suitcases. The room had all the amenities we needed. We absolutely loved two things in this hotel that we didn’t experience in other hotels, or at least not as nicely. First, the pyjamas were amazing! Normally in Japan, you get a bathrobe-style or lab coat-style pyjama, but this hotel provided a really comfortable two-piece set with a long short and T-shirt, which both my partner and I loved. The second thing we really liked was the bench with an integrated table, which was super convenient for having breakfast or meals in the room. There were two things we didn’t like about this hotel. We stayed for three nights and did not request room cleaning, which you would assume would make things easier for the cleaning staff. We made sure to put all our used towels in a plastic bag every day and also our garbage outside the door so we could get fresh towels. On one occasion, we didn’t receive a pyjama, which was fine, so I went downstairs to the reception to get it. On another occasion, a towel we left on the floor was not replaced, and I didn’t bother going to reception for it. The second issue was the laundry machine. While the hotel has an excellent system to check availability and timing for each machine on the 10th floor, the machine itself was not very effective. I had less than 1 kg of clothes and used the ＜1 kg option, which takes 80 minutes to wash and dry, but after 80 minutes, my clothes were still very wet. I then used the 30-minute drying option, but even after that, they were still damp. These were just underwear, socks, and two very thin sweaters, no jeans or thick items, yet the machine struggled to dry them in 110 minutes. In the end, I gave up and took the laundry with me to my next destination. One small other issue: on the second night, YouTube stopped working, and we were unable to watch TV at all in the room, and this was not fixed, even after turning the TV on and off."

"We had a pleasant stay at this hotel in Hiroshima. The location is excellent — right in the city center, close to Hondori Shopping Street, several malls, bars, and restaurants. It was easy to explore the city, with the nearest tram station about a 10-minute walk away, offering direct access to the central railway station and other parts of Hiroshima. We stayed in a Semi Double Room, which was quite compact, and the bed felt a bit narrow for two people. That said, the amenities were thoughtful and well-curated. We especially liked the traditional-style bathroom, as well as the complimentary sheet masks and foot patches — a nice touch after a day of walking around the city. The staff were friendly and helpful, as you’d expect in Japan. Overall, despite the small room, we had a good experience and appreciated the convenience and service."

"The room is definitely small for medium to big size luggages. My friend and I brought 2 hand carry size luggages and both fit perfectly at each corners of the room but of course it took up a lot of walking space. The bed wasnt the most comfortable but I had worse ones. The location was perfect in my opinion. It was walking distance to the shopping street and theres a delicious indian restaurant nearby! (About 5 mins walk i think) Overall; i would come book again!"

"Location is excellent, at peace park area , close to atomic bomb some, and museum, and lot of eating and shopping options around. Better you take trans ( street car ) from Hiroshima train station. Stop is just 50 meters from hotel. Staff is very friendly and will help you out if you face issue in room. Rooms are small but with all amenities, good for short stay. I stayed for two days. Best I like was is the AC, old but good quality and will cool down the room quickly. Highly recommended hotel…"

"The hotel room is quite large and has a sofa. It has a smart TV. The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, and the environment is relatively quiet. The downside is that there is no view from the window. There are no smoking rooms, and the smoking area is on the first floor."
