"There are 3 different buildings in this hotel, please make sure you choose the "Misaki Wing", as it is the newest building and it will face the ocean terminal side. The room is actually not that roomy, however, it is reasonably clean. Floor space is lacking for 2 adults with barely enough room to open two suitcase. However, I would recommend this hotel considering its prime location to the terminal and nearby restaurants. One thing to note is that, if you arrive at the hotel early before the check-in time, the hotel staff would not let you check-in early. Therefore, in the lobby, you will see many people waiting for the official time to check-in, and when the time comes, many people will line-up get checked-in. This is rather a chaotic situation and can be easily solved if the hotel can simply allow guest to check-in earlier. I was there 30 mins early and was told I cannot check-in and need to wait. But it was not a busy season and there are so many rooms in this hotel."

"Our family of three stayed here for three days and two nights. Our ocean view room had a great view, and the shower and toilet were separate, so it was clean and comfortable. On the day of arrival, they lent us towels to join the snorkeling activity and looked after our luggage, so they were very kind. For dinner on the second day, we had a barbecue dinner. It was more voluminous than it looked, and we struggled to eat it all at the end, but everything was delicious. The sunset seen from the terrace was beautiful and amazing. The magic hour after sunset was exceptional. The large public bath was spacious and clean, which was nice. Breakfast was also delicious. If I have the opportunity to go to Ishigaki Island, I would like to stay here again."

"Facility was very nice - especially with the fridge and washing machine, which makes it very convenient for travellers on extended trips. Breakfast, as the name suggests, is a very strong point of the hotel with fresh sashimi and a lot of local delicacies available. Although on busier days the restaurant might seem a bit small, but overall it's managable. Even for those plans without breakfast they would provide you with a smoothie everyday as well so that's a good point. Also enjoyed the free drinks available, especially on the alcoholic drinks provided in the condonium. Distance-wise it was within walking distance to the city centre and very close to the airport bus stop."

"The location is a 5-minute drive from Fusaki Beach, but since you can't use the beach for free and it's a bit far from the city center, it's just so-so. Our room was a Forest Wing room with direct access to the pool, which was convenient as it made it easy to get to the pool and the breakfast restaurant was nearby. However, the problem is that the pool is too small and there is only one, so swimming for just an hour or two gets boring, making it impossible to enjoy swimming all day long. Also, half of the rooms with direct access to the pool are located in front of the shallow toddler pool, making them not very useful for families with older children, such as elementary school students or older. If I had known in advance, I would have requested a room in front of the adult pool (which isn't very deep either) before check-in; it is a shame. Then, my child could have gone into the water to play alone while my husband and I watched from the room, and I was really disappointed that we couldn't do that. The room was really spacious and fully equipped with a large refrigerator and a washing machine, making it very convenient for our 4-night stay. The fact that the bedroom is separated from the living room is also a huge advantage. I am 200% satisfied with the room. The problem is the breakfast; the variety is too limited, and the food hardly changed throughout the four-night stay, making the last day truly miserable. However, the food generally tastes good. I recommend it if you plan to relax in your room and have little need to use the pool, but I do not recommend it if the pool and breakfast are important to you."

The accommodation has an industrial style, simple and quiet, and even offers afternoon tea and snacks. Check-in and check-out are done using self-service machines. There's a laundry room on the first floor. The rooms aren't large, but they are fully equipped. The only downside is that there are izakayas (Japanese pubs) all around, so if you're unlucky, it might be noisy all night. The soundproofing isn't great, but everything else is fine."

"This is my second time staying at this hotel in Ishigaki Island. It's really rare to find a hotel in Japan with two beds, both 1.5 meters wide! The hotel's location is also great, close to the bus terminal and ferry port, making it convenient to walk to restaurants and shops. When taking the bus to the airport, you can usually get a seat as it's one of the earlier stops. I recommend buying the 5-day pass. Transportation on Ishigaki Island isn't very convenient, and there aren't many buses; only routes 4 and 10 have frequent services, while others might only run twice a day. There are several large supermarkets near the 3A supermarket on the island, making shopping easy. This time, we flew to Ishigaki from Tokyo and bought a lot of things in Tokyo, but we later found that most of those items were also available in the supermarkets on the island, so you can just shop before heading back."

"My stay was from late February to early March, and I was in room 5503. The first thing I noticed, and it's a major plus, is the fantastic location. It's incredibly convenient for island hopping, being right next to the Ishigaki Port Remote Island Terminal. The bus terminal is also within walking distance, making airport access and getting around the city a breeze. Even as a first-timer to Ishigaki, I felt very comfortable getting around. Breakfast was served from 6:30 AM to 9:30 AM at "Toreador" on the first floor, a Japanese and Western-style buffet. I used it and was pleased to find a good selection of Okinawan dishes, like Goya Champuru and Okinawa Soba, really adding to the vacation feel. It was great that it opened early, allowing plenty of time to eat even before heading out to the islands. The breakfast ticket system was well-managed, and the instructions at check-in were clear, so there was no confusion. My room was generally clean and had a calm atmosphere. While the facilities weren't brand new, they were well-maintained and comfortable. The bed was comfortable, and I was able to get a good rest after tiring days of sightseeing. Being on a higher floor was also a plus, as I wasn't bothered much by outside noise and enjoyed a peaceful stay. The staff were very polite and helpful, and both check-in and check-out were smooth. Their explanations for sightseeing and hotel facilities were easy to understand, which was reassuring. I feel that this kind of attentive service significantly enhances the overall satisfaction of the stay. Overall, the hotel offers an excellent balance of location, convenience, price, and service. I'd particularly recommend it to anyone planning to visit the outlying islands. Even including the actual breakfast and use of the public bath, my satisfaction was high. It's a reliable base for an Ishigaki Island stay. I would definitely want to stay here again on my next visit to Ishigaki."

"Wow, I can book a 56-square-meter ocean-view room with a kitchen and washer-dryer combo for only 1000 yen in Japan! Amazing! I could only stay one night due to time constraints, which was a shame.
