"Superb! The facilities are excellent, service is great, and the location is very convenient. The hot spring is incredibly relaxing.
I didn't expect a hot spring hotel not located in the mountains to be this good. The food quality is also good, and very filling.
The only downside is that they keep your shoes in the lobby, so you have to ask them to retrieve them every time you go in or out. It's best not to go in and out too frequently."

"The receptionist here is very kind, although they don't speak each other's language, they are still kind and communicate with us with gestures and paper. The room is exactly the same as the hotel introduced, very cute Japanese style, the heating and bed have been turned on when entering the room, the whole is very intimate!
