"It is located in a high-end residential area of ​​Nairobi. I rented a room in an apartment where rich locals live. There were some unpleasant things, such as ants in the room and the toilet not flushing due to water outages, but other than that it was very good. I think it can't be helped since it's a high-end apartment. The room has a kitchen, refrigerator, and microwave, so you can cook. There is also a balcony, so you can do your laundry. The owner, Rose, was very kind and went to the supermarket with me. Nairobi is a dangerous city, but this was the only place where I could stay safely. There were many security guards, so it was very safe. I took a taxi for everything except going to the supermarket, but I felt safe when I returned to the accommodation. If you don't mind small things like ants, I recommend you use this place. I think it's a very reliable area in terms of safety."

"The hotel is in a good location, clean, and with a great view of the city. However, they had no toothbrush and slippers were not provided. I was told I had to pay an additional fee for that. However, that was not clear on trip.com. Also, it is misleading that one of the perks is a complimentary breakfast, but that was not included in my final payment. There is no gym in the facility, the show does not have a flexible hose, etc.... They also don't have stewards who help you with your bags; you are left to carry everything yourself."

It would be smoother to check in via WhatsApp. When the toilet paper ran out or the Wi-Fi acted up, they responded quickly and fixed it after I contacted them on WhatsApp. Laundry was also free. However, the main room where the laundry was kept smelled of cigarettes, possibly because people smoked there. But since it was free, I didn't mind. I also received plenty of water."
