"I booked a 75-square-meter deluxe room, but the front desk gave me a 30-square-meter standard room. After communication, I changed it. "When I got to the room, it was clearly not cleaned. I was immediately changed to a different room, but perhaps the cleaning staff and the front desk did not work well together. Another plus point was that there were two bottles of water. The bed was quite soft, so some people may hurt their backs. The floors are all smooth stone, so it feels clean. However, be sure to wipe the soles of your feet after a shower. I almost slipped and fell (lol). Maybe the room I was given was the wrong one, but it was a room facing the inside of the building, so there was no view from the window. The location is very convenient, about one and a half blocks into a side street from Revolución Avenue. At night, all the side streets are darker and there are fewer people than Revolución Avenue, but I think the street lights in front of this hotel are brighter than other side streets. There is a 24-hour drugstore at the intersection one block from Revolución Avenue, and there were no homeless people sleeping on the street, so as long as you pay attention to other people's movements, you should have no problems in terms of security. Overall, the stay itself was comfortable, but it felt loose in places, or the low quality was noticeable, so if they could improve that, I would feel comfortable staying here."
