Find 3-Star Hotels in Oslo

The stay experience was very poor, the hotel's hardware facilities were good, the room was large and comfortable, but it was arranged in the room on the 2nd floor, and there were several stairs. The room did not have any view at all. When the curtains were opened, the platform was a platform. The breakfast was exaggerated and tasted good. However, professional training of front desk staff is seriously insufficient. At 7 am, I was sleeping in the room and a staff member swiped the card to open the door and entered the room. It was the first night I stayed and I didn't ask for any cleaning service. The sudden break-in made me startled and very upset. The explanation was then reported to the front desk: the staff confused my room 215 with another room 251 that needed repair. This kind of wrong room number and random opening of the room door is a serious violation of the privacy and security of the guests, which is completely unacceptable. At present, I have sent an official complaint email to the hotel email, which clearly requires strengthening staff training, but I have not received any official reply or apology from the hotel party, but only said that I am investigating, and it is recommended that passengers who pay attention to privacy and security should consider carefully. I have lived in many other hotels, and this kind of mistake has never happened. If a girl lives alone, it is more terrible. I can't imagine it.

Book this comfort hotel for proximity to central station yet far enough to be away from pedestrians. Near tram and bus stations as well that can bring you all over town. Walking distance to Munch Museum, Bjorvika broadwalk all the way to Akershus Fortress and Castle. Breakfast was GOOD. Same stuff everyday but variety enough to try different things for 3 days.

The breakfast was good, and the room was acceptable. However, the room cleaning service needs improvement: I stayed here for three nights and requested daily room cleaning upon check-in, which was recorded at the front desk. However, when I returned to my room the next day, I found it hadn't been cleaned. I told the front desk, and they sent someone to remove the trash and change the towels. They also told me that my room had been registered for priority cleaning the following day. But the next day, when I returned, the room was completely uncleaned. I think this aspect is very poor.

location, friendly, very helpful service, when requested gave us a bigger and quieter room, good for budget travellors, we used their public area to eat our own breakfast each morning, able to use their eating utensils, glasses etc. Their filtered water is free! Overall a good place to stay though the rooms are generaally small and have a minimal amount of funiture.

Cozy room and amazing hot shower throughout the day. We reached the hotel early around 12noon and got early check-in as well. Breakfast was amazing. Front office staff was super friendly and helpful, welcomed us with warm smile and greetings (i forgot her name - long black hair). The surrounding area may seem dull BUT it was safely with many people walking about. 5min walking distance to pretty much anywhere (tram/metro/restaurants). There's a 7/11 just across the hotel for extra convenience.

Great location. The breakfast buffet had a big variety of food and I really enjoyed it. The lounge was cozy and staff was really nice. However, the room is not worth the price I paid for. The room is small with the sink and mirror facing the bed. It is impractical to have the sink in the main room, and to have the mirror facing the bed, which has bad spritual meaning. Toothbrushes are not included, and there is no hair conditioner. There is also no air conditioning, but it is okay since Oslo is a cold city. There are several bugs in the corner of the room, and stains could be seen everywhere. The shower is insanely small, which is not friendly for people with bigger body types. There is also no physical lock in the door of the rooms. Overall, everything about the hotel is nice except the room.

Took me a while to get used to having no reception or staff around, but the hotel was amazing. Brilliant location close to the main train station with easy links to the airport and tram stop very close. Most main attractions are walkable in about 20 minutes. Loads of options for food, shopping, cafes and bars around. I loved the options of borrowing tote bags and cameras to go around the city, and the reusable water bottles were really handy (plus the tap water is the best water I’ve ever tasted!) Staff were easy to get in contact with and very friendly. The bed was really comfy and I slept very well every night. I do wish the room was a little darker at night as the curtains let quite a bit of light in, but on the whole it was a brilliant stay and I’d definitely recommend it.

We chose an apt because we like to do our own cooking  The stove hob didn't work and they fobbed us of with electronic responses and broken promises for our total stay of 3 days. On the last night they asked us if we would consider changing apts if one became available. What a joke the place was empty You could shoot a cannon and not hit anyone. If they did not have maintenance available they could have offered the change on the first Night . Lots of food wasted because we had no cook top. No front desk means that there is no one to complaint to. Their Automated electronic responses to service requests  provides appalling customer service. Emails and emergency phone calls don't generate responses either. A disappointing stay.

The reception staff were always helpful. I'd especially like to mention Alexander. He's very responsive and reliable! He even helped us find locations for places in Oslo we were visiting for the first time. The breakfast was wonderful; they gave us a to-go breakfast early in the morning. It was so good but very hard to check in and check out ! There is no reception everything is automated but need to call the person
