"Conveniently located near Enchanted Kingdom and Nuvali attractions. The room rate came with buffet breakfast. There were 2 full double-sized beds, a lounge chair, a closet with small safe, a spacious bathroom with bathtub, a hairdryer, a kitchenette with microwave, toaster, personal ref and sink, a coffee table with 2 chairs, some drop zone cabinetry and I think a 55” TCL tv. Bottles of drinking water, tea and coffee sachets were provided. Toothbrush sets, thin slippers and other toiletries were complimentary. For some people who are used to memory foam and a medium firm mattress, the bed might not offer a restful sleep. The pillows are not the ones that give support to the contour of the neck. Lastly, the water was harsh on the skin and i doubt there is some water softening setup. Nevertheless, we had a nice time and the staff were very helpful and approachable."

"Their policies are so tough to maintain after you do your check out they go and confirm any stain on bed sheet any blood stained bed sheet you made while you stay with your female partner other things were pretty decent just beside the mall it is situated and everything is nearby like you can take bus from there infront and you can go for kfc infront mc Donald's also nearby prime location for there perspective i can say but yeh it's too far from the airport for sure grab is not cheap it's too expensive to go there public transport i could not have idea about that so o take a grab from there and they charge like for 40 km approx like 921 PHP and then on the location he asked about 1200 PHP i mean i was like what the f man so this i was my experience to go there but yeh hotel staff was good but yeh anything extra if you demanding from them they will charge for it like if you want check in half and hour they will charge for it at the last it is a business for them so we have to look into that breakfast was preety good water they provide ” DON'T LEFT ANY STAIN THERE 😂”"

"When we arrived at the resort, the nature vibe and peaceful ambience instantly stood out. The staff, even the guard at the front gate, welcomed us with smiles and their service was consistently great from check-in to check-out. Check-in was super quick, which I appreciated since I was with a senior citizen. We stayed in Cabana 101, the room was spacious and had everything we needed. There were two dining tables, one in the patio and one inside, plus a griller. The jacuzzi inside the room was such a nice bonus which my mom really enjoyed, and toiletries were already provided in the bathroom. One of my favorite parts was the buggy service. My mom is a senior and a PWD, and she really enjoyed it. We didn’t even need to use her mobility scooter at all. The pool area was clean and well maintained, and the hot spring was so relaxing. The view around the resort was beautiful too. Breakfast was okay for the price, but again, the staff made the experience so pleasant because they were very accommodating and warm. I also love that it’s pet-friendly. My only small suggestions would be to limit the live band until 10 p.m. since it’s a nature resort and maybe add more sockets inside the room. Oh and also, maybe add a light in the griller section of the Cabanas. We had to use our flashlights when we grilled at night. Overall, we had such a good stay. The place was peaceful, the staff were amazing and highly commendable, and we’re already planning our next visit!"

"Everything is good - place, amenities, buffet. Staff are also accommodating and friendly. However, I suggest that they should open the gym for guests at an earlier time because standard check out time is 12nn but they open the gym for non-members at 9am."

"The location of the hotel was close to the starting point of the run that we joined and it was very convenient for us. Also, the buffet breakfast is good. The service is outstanding. They were able to accommodate all our requests and inquiries."

"The location of the hotel is very convenient for a waterfall trip. The hotel goes straight to the river, our window room went out to the interior courtyard and was quiet. I would agree that the hotel is cute, it could be called a boutique hotel. The required travel recommendations were sent in time, the hotel is in contact, you can ask a question. There is a parking. Staff helped with the organization of the boat trip. Breakfast is delicious, staff friendly Of the downsides. How to not explain the concern about nature the absence of cosmetic means is obvious minus.no refrigerator in the room, window type air conditioner, a little noisy. No ceiling fan. The shower is only ceiling, heating is not regulated."

"Place is so serene and such a welcome respite from living in the city -- everywhere you look is greenery, cool breeze caresses your face, and sounds of crickets and cicadas serenade you in the early evening to night. A gaggle of ducks scattered near the streams and tiny ponds within the vicinity, which you have the option to feed or just watch as they paddle around. Swimming in the pools is refreshing given the blistering summer heat, but be warned that the mountain spring water can be a bit too cold for most. The restaurant and cafe by the entrance which are an attraction in itself serve sumptuous meals at reasonable prices and can truly satiate everyone in the group given their huge servings. To say we're pleased with this gem of a place is an understatement. We loved every minute of our stay and the kids are raring to go back again."
