"It's probably normal that there is no guard at the main entrance of the hotel, well im not sure. When we arrived, late checked in. They checked our booking confirmation where my name and my partner's name were, they asked for ID I gave it and I asked if they both needed our IDs they said no. So for a long time while I was filling out the form they asked me a lot of questions where I booked, they said they couldn't find it. I worked at a travel agency and talked to the people at the hotel's front desk so at least I know how the reservation works. They were looking for our booking under my name they said they couldn't find it. I myself said, check my partner's name. They didn't even think that maybe our booking wasn't in my name. Then they said yes, that's it. What's more annoying is that we were in the room resting, they would call just to ask if we were in the room then when we called the front desk for assistance we called thrice no one answered. And their air conditioner was right next to the bed, we slept as if there was a shower, the bed was wet and the air conditioner was dripping. There was only a small amount of soap, no shampoo at all. The blanket was thin. We only stayed for almost 13 hours."

"We had a really nice stay at Jinjiang Inn Ortigas as a couple. The location is excellent — right in Ortigas Center with easy walking access to SM Megamall, shopping, restaurants, and transport, which made exploring the area super convenient.  The room was comfortable, clean, and just the right size for two of us. The bed was cozy, and the free Wi-Fi worked well for planning our days. The staff were friendly, helpful, and courteous throughout our stay.  Breakfast was a nice start to the day, and overall we felt the hotel was great value for money — especially if you want a simple but well-located place in the city. There were a few minor things like some older fixtures and occasional small maintenance issues reported by other guests, but it didn’t significantly affect our experience.  Would recommend this for couples looking for a comfortable, affordable base in Ortigas! 💑"

"MUR requests need to be made with the fromt desk. Extra towels and/or dental kits (outside of declared number of guests) incur additional charges - the front desk tried to charge me outright without even asking fo context regarding my request (there were no dental kits in our room hasn’t even been made up yet.) Housekeeping is not 24/7. Verify their policies and clarify your expectations upon check in. The bathroom in our unit wasn’t draining water properly outside of the shower area so there was always a puddle of water in front of the toilet and sink area. The spaces are from serviced apartment models which feature very outdated interiors and fit-out (the TVs aren’t even smart TVs yet, but you can cook in the units wherein an electric stove and a microwave, plus a couple of pots, pans, and plates are provided). The fridge is full-sized. The breakfast buffet is very basic, but the dining staff members were very accommodating and truly do the best job they can with what’s provided. Good location because it is in the center of Ortigas CBD. If you are just looking for a decent place to rest your head after a day out in the area, this property offers good value for the money. Good for groups for as long as you avail the appropriate room type. The spaces come from a time wherein floor plans for condos were not stingy on space. If you expect top-notch service, there are better options elsewhere."
