"The location is perfect and located nearby the old town district. The room is very large which include a clean kitchen and toilet. Unfortunately, the ceiling in our toilet suffered from water leakage. Yet, the staff are very helpful to help us solve it at the midnight and offer us another room but in another hotel. Although we rejected to move to another place since it’s already too late. The problem were quickly solved next day which is perfect."

"I stayed here with a friend for one nights and was honestly surprised by how well-equipped the apartment was. We had a microwave, induction hob, cooking utensils, dishes, and even a proper sink and workspace—it’s the kind of setup you usually don’t get at this price range. The room was clean and bright, the bathroom was spotless, and yes—the air conditioning actually works! It was such a relief after spending a long hot day walking around the city. There was no hairdryer, which is something to note, but overall the comfort level was great. Location-wise, it’s a bit far from the city center—we decided to walk and it took us about 50 minutes on foot (yes, we’re a bit crazy). But it’s also reachable by public transport if you prefer not to go full-pilgrimage mode like we did. All in all, it’s a great spot for travelers who want a quiet, clean, and functional base for exploring Wrocław. Would definitely stay here again!"

"The hotel is directly opposite the train station and it's easy to find. But the hotel front desk is at the side entrance. No breakfast at the hotel. If you want to eat breakfast, you need to add 30 PLN per person separately, and you have to go across the street to eat. The room is relatively large and the inside is relatively clean. The house card is the card and the key together. Cards sometimes don't work, the door won't open, and a key is needed to open the door. The front desk was nice. Overall cost-effective."

"A great hotel located close to the Wrocław Zoo and 15 minutes by tram from the center of Wrocław. The hotel also has a food market. The hotel has about 50 rooms located on two floors and are decorated in a concrete ceiling style (high interiors). The rooms are warm and modern, with a coffee and tea set."

"Not far from the old town of Brozlaw, access was good and the staff were friendly. There were a lot of guests at breakfast, so when all the food was consumed, it was not refilled quickly, so I was waiting for a while, but it seemed difficult for two people to serve, and the staff seemed to have to be replenished. Overall it was a spacious and pleasant hotel."

"What a great find! Lovely hotel in a convenient location. Genuinely helpful and knowledgable staff. Good service and all food/drink beautifully presented with care and attention to detail. We had a classic king room, comfortable big bed and chaise , beautiful yet simple decor, with a nod to the 1930's art deco style , spacious acccommodation, modern bathroom with quality fittings, well equipped room with safe, minibar, coffee machine, desk, plenty of hanging space/ drawers, range of lighting to create different moods. close to train station, tram stop and 106 bus stop from airport , yet quiet overnight. Had spa facilities to ourselves on the two occasions we used them during a 4 night stay - Jacuzzi, sauna, turkish and attached Gym. Chocolate time was an added bonus. Decor in attached cafe and restaurant also lovely. Staff advised hotel was recently refurbished. Really good value accommodation- great base for a city break. Wrocław is a wonderful city (As a traveller from UK it is a ' hidden gem') and we hope to be back soon. Would choose this hotel again."

"Our stay at Hotel Europejski Wrocław was a mixed experience, with both positives and areas for improvement. Booking the hotel was a breeze, especially through Trip.com. The process was straightforward and hassle-free, which added to the convenience of our trip. The location is fantastic, offering easy access to the city centre and public transportation. One of the highlights of our stay was the mulled wine and winter tea served at the hotel café. They were absolutely delightful and perfect for the chilly winter weather! The room ambience was almost similar to Hotel Hetman in Warsaw—cozy and functional—but there were some issues. Every time we entered, the room smelled like wet carpet, which was unpleasant. Additionally, it lacked basic amenities such as an iron, ironing board, fridge, and slippers, which was disappointing. The room also wasn’t warm enough for winter, although the water heater and pressure were consistent, which was a relief. Unfortunately, the walls were quite thin, and we could hear our neighbours talking, which affected the overall comfort. Housekeeping did an excellent job of ensuring the room was tidy, though they strictly followed the “clean my room” tag system. On one occasion, even with the tag hung, our room wasn’t cleaned, but it was resolved the next day. The café staff were friendly and attentive, even though one staff member had limited English. Their effort to serve us to the best of their ability was commendable. Breakfast, however, was underwhelming, especially compared to our previous stays at Hotel Hetman in Warsaw and Hampton by Hilton Krakow Airport, which offered a more varied and higher-quality breakfast experience. Overall, while the hotel has its advantages, such as its location, easy booking process, and some friendly staff, the room conditions, breakfast, and service inconsistencies leave room for improvement. That said, don’t miss the mulled wine and winter tea if you stay here!"
