"This is a place we really like. The staff are cheerful and provide good service. The room is clean and tidy. The swimming pool is very private. We stayed from September 22 to October 5, and during that time we had a party for our son. The hotel handled it very well. We will definitely use the service again next time. Everything is convenient and close to our son's house so we can visit him. Very convenient. Thank you very much."

"It will be good if you have your own transport to here. But you still can travel to here by arranging share transport from Klook - to Queen SiriKit Botanic Garden. (It just 10 to 15 min walk) or request them to send you straight to the Mae Sa Valley Farm Stay Resort. Over all the place is nice with a small waterfall. Air is fresh in the morning.
Simple Breakfast is included. The restaurant food is good. But we prefer the cafe with aircon which is just opposite the road. Food is yummy! Since we have no transport we walk to the Queen SiriKit Botanic Garden which is the nearest activity. You will need to spend about 3 hrs or more. There is a tram to bring you round. Please remember to bring along mosquito repellent. Over all the stay is pleasant if you like quite, fresh air."

"It only rained at night, and the sky, which changed every hour, was so beautiful. The Mookata we had every evening was delicious with a refreshing broth, and the hotel staff were incredibly friendly. We had a wonderful stay. It's a beautiful accommodation, conveniently located within walking distance to cafes and restaurants. We exercised, bought fruits, went for walks – it was a lovely and beautiful place. The breakfast offered a good selection of meals, snacks, and desserts, and it was convenient to have it delivered right to the table in front of our room. We enjoyed the breakfast very much."

"I really loved the service at NJ Homestay. Although the staff may not speak or understand English very well, we managed just fine using Google Translate. Our room’s toilet did give us some trouble during our stay — the water heater wasn’t working at first, and later the toilet had flushing issues, which continued throughout the two nights we were there. That said, I want to give a special shoutout to the staff, who were always patient and helpful, never hesitating to assist us with unclogging the toilet or checking the heater whenever there was a problem. The location isn’t the most convenient since it’s up in the mountains, but having a private driver made a big difference. Breakfast was included and it was great. As for cleanliness, it was acceptable considering the homestay is located in a mountainous area — some bugs are expected, and roosters start crowing as early as 3:30 a.m. Overall, the beautiful views, peaceful atmosphere, fresh air, and friendly staff and locals (Chiang Mai people are generally very warm and welcoming) made the stay worthwhile. I would definitely visit again."

"From the moment I booked, both rooms I saw on Trip.com looked different from the actual photos. After several complaints, only one room was upgraded. Finally, upon check-in, the other room was also upgraded, but it still wasn't the same as the room I saw and booked through Trip.com. Among several issues, the most inconvenient was that the hot water only ran for about 5-10 minutes initially and then stopped. I was satisfied with the overall atmosphere, the landscape of the resort and cafe, and the evening BBQ party. The staff's kindness was also very impressive. However, I wouldn't want to book here again."

SSamujjalAlthough I mistakenly booked the stay for the same day while making the reservation in the evening — meaning the check-in time had already passed by about four hours and I am quite far away in PAI (leaving next day to Mae RIM). Since it was a non-refundable, no-show booking, I initially thought I had lost it.
However, Paul, the reception manager, reached out by email to ask what time I would be arriving. I explained my mistake, letting him know I had meant to book for the following day. To my surprise and gratitude, they kindly adjusted my reservation at no extra charge.
The resort itself is absolutely beautiful, surrounded by lush greenery and filled with tranquil natural sounds. The cleanliness was outstanding.
The huts are very nice. The toilet and shower were stylish, modern, and spotless. I had a very comfortable stay, and the breakfast was of excellent quality.

AAnonymous UserPlace quite private and secluded.. it’s different kind of experience, more to nature set up so don’t expect pristine like hotel.
But their staff service is beyond amazing, especially to P’May, she is arranging everything for us from transportation and everything we need around the camping, she is very accomodating and make our stay very comfortable.
Our room is comfortable with nice view.
Breakfast is simple but everything prepared freshly.
Must order their Thai BBQ for evening dine in experience at your own balcony.
Overall we are quite happy with our stay.

CChutimaVery cozy and nice resort in Mon Jam. The resort architecture was really homey. We came to the resort too early before check-in time but we've been received great service and hospitalized to get early check-in also been upgraded to the bigger room to ”Mon Fah” that you can enjoy the stunning view at your room great balcony area. Hot chamomile tea retreated me from a bit cold but fresh greenery after rain during check-in waiting. After check-in, we took lunch at resort restaurant that they had Michaelin stars 3 consecutive years. Food was fresh and very healthy delicious especially organic vegg. We felt very warm hospitalized from all service minded and well trained staffs and especially 'Pee Su” the owner. All fruits especially papaya was really sweet and fresh. We encouraged yo support local organic farm directly here that you can enjoy shopping papaya, lemon, and seasonal vegg and fruits here. ”Nong Kwan” the resort staff brought us to the local chilli, lettuce and cabbage farm down hill that easy to access from resort. She's really friendly and amazingly she learnt how to plant by herself, from long year experience learning by doing was such a great expertise that she shared her know how with us and we learnt from her a lot about high land plantation. We appreciated Pee Su, Long Kwan and all staffs provided us great service like friends visit home. We promised next time to Mon Jam, we'll revisit your place once again for sure.

OotoitoiI have tried so many hotels, this resort offers the most comfortable bed. The view is superb here in the mountains.
Very friendly staff. Giving you the top priority.
Dinner was great, book your dinner with them, you get to bbq and sabu sabu with the beautiful mountain top view.
This place is difficult to book so make sure to book early.
Only thing is have to make sure the driver send you all the way into the resort. Dont drop you at the goggle map drop off point, which you will need to walk extra with your luggage.

GGuest UserIt’s a very unique glamping experience . The rooms are clean and have all the basics. If you’re going in the cold season, take extra blanket and layers for the night as it gets super cold inside the rooms.
It’s close to mon jam sky view. If yiu’re into hiking or running, the loop is also just next to you.
The gentleman at the reception is very welcoming, and genuinely kind. He helped us with our car issue patiently and kindly. We didn’t get to thank him properly as he was dealing with some arriving guest. So, thank you so much for your help.

MManakaIt's not far from Tiger Kingdom or the elephant spot, but it's far from the city center, so you probably won't be able to catch a taxi on the way back from the Khom Loi Festival.
Even if they took us there, they wouldn't be able to pick up other customers on the way back, so they would either charge several times the price or refuse to take us.
I wouldn't recommend it if you're not staying in Chiang Mai for long, but the pool and restaurant are nice, so it's recommended if you're staying for a long time.

SSH AgAt cool in night time , temp is only 14C , they give 1 blanket and it's cool. Shower pressure is very low not easy to bath. Steps of go down is high and difficult. Not easy to carry leagues.
