This 5000 square foot cabin sits on 37 acres with AMAZING 8500 elevation mountain views from every room. Get cozy sitting by the crackling fire sipping your coffee. Just a couple miles to the 285 highway and restaurants in Bailey, the Treehouse Adventure Park, the wedding venue, and borders the National Forest. Enjoy a quick hike in the backyard or a long trek in the adjacent National Forest or even hunt during the hunting season. The open main level has all reclaimed barn wood floors, large windows, and a beautiful log staircase. You will enjoy cooking for your party with the extensive island, copper farmhouse sink, 6 burner gas stove, double ovens and BBQ. The second story has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms (3 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms). The master bedroom has an attached sitting area with recliners and TV, and the master bathroom is currently dated but functional and scheduled for a remodel. The walk out daylight basement features game and exercise areas, and an additional bunk room for sleeping. You will find ping pong, pool table, electronic basketball hoop game, and foosball in the basement. Half baths are on the main and basement levels. This lodge like house has been remodeled in almost every area. In this spectacular house, you will find a few areas that are indicative of a remodel in progress such as some missing trim or drywall needing texture. Even with that the house is impressive. Current beds- 1 king, 4 queens, 3 twins, pack and play (upon request). Dirt road leads from the highway to the house and as such, is bumpy in spots. All cars can access the property with ease. 2 exterior security cameras mounted 50-100 feet from the house on the detached storage building showing driveway and side of house and one in a tree in the back side yard showing the other side of the house. Sensors are on the exteriors doors and will beep, but will not be armed during guest stays. Hot tub is NOT in operating condition and not included in amenities for this property. Walk-out basement has a TV with a spacious couch to watch movies, bunk room for the kids to play with lots of toys, and there is an electric fireplace. Need to work from home? It is a great mountain getaway! We are a short drive in to Denver, when you wish to go out to a movie or dinner with friends or family while at the cabin.It is a great log cabin mountain getaway with 2 bedrooms, the master with a queen-size bed, the second with a full-size bed!
