"This hotel is a bit outdated and its reflected in the cleanliness of the bathroom and other facilities. I also don't like how they charge $35 for an ”early check-in fee”. It puts a stain on the whole stay and makes the hotel appear less hospitable. At least other hotels you have a loyalty program or a rewards program that offers certain perks, essentially this hotel has no perks for folks who are repeat visitors and it seems like a cheap money grab. 4pm is pretty much the evening time and during my time there it was freezing outside. Negative wind chill, dangerous snow conditions on the roads and sidewalks but I should pay a fee to get to my room early when it's ready? I was placed in a small room with a bed directly next to the window and no matter how high the temperature in the room was, I had goosebumps because I was freezing. There was zero insulation. I also booked this staycation so I can relax and watch cable. The first room I was placed in didn't even have cable and I called and let the front desk know, the person mentioned an ”engineer” was coming to fix the issue and an hour later, it never happened. I ended up getting moved to a different room that night because I advocated for how cold it was and the new room had a working TV, but initially it was so much back and forth with the front desk. Makes for a less enjoyable experience. I will say the were kind in the fact I forgot some items in the previous room and they made sure I received it safely. This is a great location if you're exploring Baltimore but there may be better options for a similar price point that's more hospitable. The tub was draining slowly and the water didn't get too hot. It made me even more excited to get home because my own shower pressure and experience is so much better. So it wasn't even luxurious in that sense. There was also hair in the shower. So for all the ”early check in fees” and waiting until after 4pm to ensure the rooms are ”clean” it seems my room was barely up to hotel standards. The comforter was also a mess so I just didn't have a positive experience. "

"The location is a bit biased and suitable for renting a car. There is no place to eat around, but I feel that the restaurant is good, there are meals at 11 o'clock in the evening. The standard American breakfast is quite rich. The hotel bed seems to be quite tight and needs to be booked in advance. The room and its supplies are also good and worth recommending."

"I found this hotel by chance. The location is good. You can walk to the aquarium, Four Seasons Hotel and many other places. There is a public parking lot opposite the hotel for $25 a day. You can park for free for 15 minutes in front of the hotel to check in and get your luggage. It is very user-friendly on a narrow street. The hotel lobby has 24-hour hot water and coffee, a gym, and a good breakfast. The automatic waffle machine is very interesting. The service is also good, but the downside is that the sound insulation is not very good."

"Overall satisfied. The hotel felt safe and has a nice vibe. Location is in a less sketchy part of downtown, although I wouldn’t necessarily go for a night walk in the area. Conveniently located to some surrounding attractions like the Inner Harbor and Lexington Market. The room was spotless clean. The maintenance could be improved as there were some broken closet doors and holes in the wall. I informed the friendly staff and they told me they were aware. Other than that, well equipped and everything was there and working. Cleaning is not daily and depends on the length of your stay. However, if you needed anything you can ask and it could be provided. The breakfast buffet was okay, nothing special. There was a limited, but enough options. For fresh fruits they only had red apples, every day. The bar was closed for lunch during my stay. They had a small business area with a computer and a printer for guests. The gym was well equipped. The staff were friendly, welcoming and you can tell everyone was trying to make the guests have a nice experience. I would consider and return."

"The overall hardware environment is good, but after paying the room fee on my online, the offline deduction is repeated, and it took me at least 10 days to communicate and coordinate. The relationship is too complicated, including Ctrip, foreign agents, hotels. It has not been solved so far, it is a headache!"

Housed in the heart of the Bromo Arts District, the SpringHill Suites Baltimore Downtown Convention Center Area Hotel’s greatest amenity is our location. Want to see a show? We are 200 feet from the front doors of the Hippodrome Theater and 350 from the Everyman Theater. One half a mile from the hotel is the newly renovated CFG Arena; formerly the Royal Farms Arena. Do you like sports? The hotel is a six minute walk from Orioles Park/Camden Yards, and a brief 18 minute walk to M&T Bank Stadium. Here for a conference? You could be at the Baltimore Convention Center after an 8 minute walk. Both Mercy Medical Center and University of Maryland Medical Center are only located one half mile from the property. Hungry? We are neighbors with the historic Lexington Market. This is your hotel of choice and home base for seeing all that Baltimore has to offer.

"The hotel staff is exceptionally kind from the front desk to the cleaning staff. The location is a few blocks from the harbor and located next to Lexington Market. The breakfast was good with a waffle machine, eggs, sausage, yummy oatmeal with a wide variety of add-inns. Blueberry compote and candied pecans were my favorites. The room is spacious and clean with comfy beds and pillows. Overall I definitely would recommend. It's was a great price for the service. Newly renovated!"

RRickAh, Baltimore, a city of rich history and eclectic charm. My wife and I recently had the pleasure of a stay at the Hotel Ulysses, a luxurious retreat nestled in the heart of this vibrant city. True to the reputation of the New York-based design firm, Ash, the Ulysses is nothing short of an architectural marvel. The first thing that catches your eye? The hotel's impeccable aesthetic. It's a masterful blend of old-world charm and modern design, encapsulating the very essence of Baltimore's diverse character. While the rooms might have been a tad on the cozier side, they more than made up for it with their plush comfort and attention to detail. The Ulysses truly exemplifies the notion that beauty lies in the details, and the meticulousness with which they've curated every aspect of the guest experience speaks volumes. The 19th-century charm of the Mount Vernon neighborhood is beautifully echoed within the Ulysses. The delicate stained-glass skylight, the ornate crown molding, and the preserved brass postal box serve as a testament to the building's rich history. But it's not all vintage here. The interiors seamlessly transition from the ornate influences of the Art Nouveau era to a more streamlined approach, evident in the hickory wood furniture adorned with Ash’s custom textiles. And oh, those hand-beaded lampshades and embroidered quilts! They added the perfect splash of color and quirk. A special shout-out to the carved flamingos that support the bedside tables, a delightful nod to Baltimore's own John Waters and his ”Pink Flamingos.” It's this mix of opulence and eccentricity that makes the Ulysses stand out. Booking through Trip.com was a new experience for us. A bit unconventional, sure, but it came through in the clutch. The $35 ”destination fee” threw us for a loop initially, but the $20 credit we received towards our bill at the hotel restaurant (Ash Bar) or the bar (Blooms) made it all worth it. Speaking of Blooms, what an experience! The mirrored ceiling, the crimson banquettes, and the purple stools set the stage for a night to remember. In a nutshell? The Hotel Ulysses is a triumph, an ode to Baltimore's multifaceted spirit. Whether you're here for the history, the design, or the sheer experience, the Ulysses promises and delivers. Highly recommended! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

BBeijiquannanfangThe room is big, the bathroom is also big, the location is excellent, but the surrounding environment is average. There is no self-owned parking lot, but the doorman can park the car at a nearby public parking lot, and can also pick up the car for you. There is a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, kitchenware and tableware, and the facilities are good. The disadvantage is that it is a bit old.

GGuest UserThe hotel is very good, very clean, very quiet, the room is big, and there is a kitchen where you can cook. The only downside is that towels and other toiletries, garbage, etc. have to be placed at the door of the room by yourself, and the cleaners do not come in to clean. To change towels, you have to talk to the front desk before changing them. breakfast is also good

GGuest UserThe hotel is strategically located and safe, close to Baltimore's inner harbor, with beautiful scenery, high-end business buildings and historical attractions nearby, and it is particularly beautiful to walk at night. A typical American breakfast, not many varieties, eggs, bread and fruit are absolutely full, and the waiter is particularly good. Every Wednesday night, you can enjoy a free dinner, providing rare vegetable salad, unexpected joy. Free coffee and hot water available 24 hours a day in the lobby. Room service did not provide face towels one day, and under the communication of Ctrip customer service, there was a lot of improvement in the next few days. One night, the toilet was suddenly blocked, but the floor service staff and maintenance staff came to dredge in time, and did not affect the residence. Overall, it is recommended to live.
