"My stay was absolutely fantastic! The front desk staff, especially the ladies, were incredibly kind and their English was excellent, so communication was a breeze. The room was spotless, and the housekeeping staff did a wonderful job every day – very diligent and responsible. The hotel itself feels very high-end. You actually don't even need to bring a travel adapter, as the outlets are compatible with Chinese plugs. Taking the elevator down to B2 leads directly to a shopping mall with plenty of food options, Daiso, and a 7-Eleven. Just a few steps across the street, you'll find Olive Young, which is super convenient! There are also amazing fried chicken and BBQ restaurants right opposite the hotel that we visited many times. The subway station is right outside, and you can get to Myeongdong, Hongdae, and Seongsu within about 30 minutes. This hotel truly has an excellent location. I will definitely stay here again next time I visit Korea! Thank you for making my trip so much more enjoyable!!"

"The hotel is about 500-600 meters from Exit 2 of Subway Line 9. There are many convenience stores, an Olive Young, Paris Baguette, and local eateries nearby, which is very convenient. Public transportation is excellent, with buses running until 11 PM. Within a 2-kilometer radius, you'll also find a variety of dessert shops, bubble tea places, cafes, and fast-food restaurants. If you're looking to shop, Line 9 goes directly to the Gangnam Shopping Center area. Moreover, the hotel is tucked away in a quiet spot but still close to everything, right next to Mount Jeungmi. It's a great option for friends who enjoy morning runs or hiking. Just a small heads-up: the hotel doesn't provide toothbrushes or toothpaste, but you can easily buy them at the convenience store downstairs."

"Just a 2-minute walk from Gongdeok Station. It's recommended to use the exits with escalators (Exits 2, 7, and 9). The room was clean, and there was a long desk by the bedside, which was convenient for various tasks. Bath towels, face towels, bath mats, bathrobes, and other amenities were provided (and replaced with new ones during the second day's cleaning). The only inconveniences I felt were the absence of a clock and a humidifier. Also, on the second night, I needed ice due to feeling unwell, and when I asked the front desk, they said, ”The restaurant has closed, so we cannot provide ice.” Fortunately, there's a 7-Eleven on the first floor where you can buy it. There are three Olive Young stores nearby, which was very convenient as I could immediately take my purchases back to the hotel room. Gongdeok Station is also a stop for the Airport Railroad, making it very convenient for travel. You can reach Hongik University Station and Seoul Station with a single train ride."

"Chungmuro is arguably the best and newest 4-star hotel in the Myeongdong area of Seoul. The location is genuinely excellent, just a few steps walk to Myeongdong. The only minor issue is that rooms facing the street might be a bit noisy at night, but it's not a major problem. I would still highly recommend it to friends for their next visit."

"Originally, I booked a hotel in Gangnam, but considering factors like shopping and sightseeing, I decided to switch to Voco Myeongdong at the last minute. Overall, I'm quite satisfied. In terms of service, from the front desk reception to the lounge, the swimming pool, and breakfast, every staff member was smiling and dedicated to providing excellent service. It was really good. For dining, the breakfast selection was extensive and the food tasted great. Enjoying a hot bowl of Vietnamese pho in the morning was very comforting. The lounge also had a good selection; happy hour offered three hot dishes, along with cold platters, desserts, drinks, and alcoholic beverages, all of high quality. The room was also quite satisfactory. It was well-equipped with all sorts of amenities. The first round of the mini-bar was complimentary every day, and the quality was decent. The smart toilet and bathtub were very convenient. There were also USB and Type-C chargers. The only minor issues were that the USB charging port seemed to be of poor quality and often disconnected. The 0.8m bed was a bit narrow, and there was a slight risk of falling off when turning over. Also, upon check-in, there were two bottles of shampoo and one conditioner in the shower, and I had to inform the front desk to get a bottle of body wash sent up. Furthermore, the swimming pool closes quite early, at 8:00 PM. The location is truly excellent. There's a subway station and several bus stops right downstairs. From the lounge, you can directly see Namsan Tower. Namdaemun Market is right across the street, and it's a direct walk to Lotte and Shinsegae Duty-Free Department Stores, as well as Myeongdong's main shopping street, making it very convenient for shopping. The hotel also has a GS25, Burger King, and coffee shops, making it incredibly easy to grab a bite or a drink. I would definitely choose this hotel again next time."
