"The hotel's design is very colorful and youthful, a refreshing change from the usual dull hotel aesthetics. It felt very new and unique. You can request various services and amenities, like different pillows, through the app and they arrive in about 10 minutes, which is quite efficient. We booked a twin room, and both beds were double beds, very comfortable. It's incredibly close to the must-visit Central Market, just across the road, making dining super convenient – no need to even book breakfast at the hotel. The air conditioning was excellent, so the summer heat wasn't an issue at all. Highly recommend!"

"The room could use a bit of an update but I guess it's good for the price that it was for. It had everything you need for a business stay. You could get some noise from other room/ floor and a bit from outside but nothing major to upset my stay. There were no charging points next to the bed."

"Tom’s Court Hotel is located on King William Street which is the main North South thoroughfare in Adelaide CBD. It is also very close to China Town which is a few minutes walk to the north west centred around Gouger Street. The hotel has modern rooms with decent bathroom and toiletries. Limited secure parking is available at a cost of $25 but is located three streets down in Sydney Place. Alternatively one can park overnight on the street."

"It was ok, but not more. The two most important things for me in any hotel are a comfortable bed and a good shower. the bed was great but the water pressure in the shower was very poor. Aside from that, there were other issues that I would not expect from a hotel of this standard, carrying the prices it does. The TV power button did not work, neither did any of the top buttons on the remote. Once I turned the TV on at the GPO and then on the actual TV itself, I was unable to use the connected DVD player as the buttons to switch to it on the remote did not work. Breakfast was quite poor. Basically cereal or scrambled eggs with a few other options such as fruit cups, yoghurt and biscuits. It served my purpose being close to the convention centre, but I doubt I'd stay there again."

"Great hotel, pool wasn’t that warm when me and my partner stayed so it wasn’t that enjoyable. It was also quite small more of a lap pool than anything. Our fan above the shower was quite dusty they sent someone in the room to clean it when we left and they did. Claimed that the fans are cleaned weekly but I beg to differ. The room was quite small for the price as well our sink had to be closed almost the whole time because it stunk out the room so badly. Didn’t get that well or a view from our room either. Beds are comfy and feel good. Shower was great we didn’t have a bath in our room. Overall I wouldn’t spend that much for that room again cause it wasn’t that worth it"

"The hotel is conveniently located about 10 to 15 mins walk across parklands from East Terrace in the city which is where most of the popular restaurants and cafes are. During our stay, the preparation for the V8 car races was ongoing and many of the roads were blocked off. But finding a detour was easy enough. The hotel has limited onsite parking but there are plenty of spaces in the quiet residential streets behind the hotel. The hotel’s reception also manages the Econo Lodge Hotel which is located across the street and has its own parking. We only stayed for 1 night and did not get to try the restaurant onsite. The rooms layouts were not exactly rectangular but they were big enough to accommodate a king and a single bed and a pull out bed from under the single bed. A good and unusual feature was a power point built into the bed side cabjnet which works well for those with a need to use CPAP machines or for charging devices. There was a study/work table in the room that is useful for business travellers."

"Located right next to the city, within the free transport zone. Of course, most motel guests have cars, and being able to park right in front of your room is super convenient for loading and unloading luggage. The room itself is basic, on par with a guesthouse, but it does come with a capsule coffee machine and a carton of fresh milk."

Our room on a middle floor offered expansive city views, really adding to the atmosphere. 🧹Impeccable Cleanliness, Peace of Mind The room was spotless. The bedding was clean and soft, the bathroom had no odors or hidden dirty spots, and the common areas were always tidy. You can tell the hotel pays attention to detail, making our stay very reassuring. The room was also very spacious. 💁‍♀️Professional and Thoughtful Service, Felt Right at Home The front desk staff were enthusiastic and efficient. Check-in and check-out were seamless with no waiting time. Any requests were promptly addressed, and we consistently experienced professional and warm service that made us feel very comfortable. 🏨Excellent Facilities, Superb Experience The standard twin room was spacious, with comfortable bedding and excellent soundproofing, ensuring we weren't disturbed by outside noise. The hotel's amenities are comprehensive; the fitness center and common areas are well-maintained, meeting all our travel needs. 🍳Delicious Breakfast, A Great Start to the Day The breakfast offered a rich variety of options, with both Western and Asian dishes. The ingredients were fresh and delicious, ensuring we had a satisfying breakfast every day, starting our day's itinerary full of energy. The Crowne Plaza will definitely be our top choice for our next visit to Adelaide! I highly recommend it to anyone traveling to Adelaide for leisure or business – you can't go wrong!"
